I am having a very rough week mentally and physically. I've also been overeating every day and so that is weighing on me literally and emotionally. My cravings have been terrible, and I haven't gotten myself out and walking like I need to be.
This makes me really upset and depressed. I have to get myself back on track.
I started working and since then I haven't been eating regularly. I am gaining weight from the poor diet and I want to know of any way I can lose weight while on a tight schedule. Between work and school I usually only get one meal a day.
As long as you're comfortable in your body I don't care what size you are. Now if it's harming your health then change is needed. I'm losing weight for my health not because of something anyone else said. A dear friend of mine is gain weight because she's uncomfortable with how skinny she is. Changing yourself to what you want is ok! You don't need anyone else to tell you what size is beautiful as long as you FEEL beautiful.
