Sighs. Cosplay is difficult y’all.
I’m going to my state’s Comic Con tomorrow and I’m going in a Red Hood cosplay.
And every pair of jeans I have purchased for this cosplay?
In MY size? Hell, EVEN TWO SIZES UP FROM MY SIZE?
They have ALL BEEN TOO SMALL. The most recent pair I bought should work however, thank God. (I purposefully cut/ripped them at the knees so I can comfortably bend my legs and that made them exponentially looser.)
ITS JUST SO ANNOYING.
(It may be because I thrifted for every pair of jeans but still.)
Technically speaking comic cons are just major crossovers between series and Au's.

Remember when I said I’d post every Wednesday? I FORGOT.
Also fun fact, I’m a writer for a particular website so I’m here rn at SD Comic Con. It’s rough for a Thursday. I wanted to go to the Junji-Ito panel buttttt… there were some complications in the line.
First of all, this panel wasn’t even at the convention and being held at the Public Library which is very nice and I might consider going again. And the event was being held on the 9th floor, so wowza! Gotta be pretty fancy if they have 9 floors, right? Still not sure what happened, but they started moving people in line all the way back to the first floor and since the panel had already started after waiting for an hour, it was time to leave and make my trek back to the convention in the hot, hot sun.
Sweat continues to trickle down my back as I tried yet again to get into another popular panel only to find it has been spread into different sections a less several hallways. Tis the consequences of a popular convention so best to just cut my losses and find something in the exhibit hall.
So here I am over 2 hours early for a panel just so I can get in and reading a book so I don’t cry from the combined stress of the past few weeks.
Comic Con is awesome I swear, just the worms in my brain are saying;
“Hmm… reconsider.”
The stuff I bought at the first con!
These cute earrings and necklace! I quite like this seller (cherry picked.tt on Instagram) The frying pan earrings are my favorite!
It was my mum's birthday the day of the con and we saw these beautiful turtle earrings that are exactly her style.
There were a couple of stationery booths and I got the transparent sticky notes that I see all over the stationery community. I got these two colours because they were the most pastel and I like the pastels
At the next booth, I got this cute notebook that I use for work...
And these cool pens!
The first is one of those multicoloured pens. It has ten colours! I think the character on top is called Kuromi.
The seconds is a covid vaccine pen! 🤣 I despise that 'vaccine' but this pen is too cute! It's not just a pen though. On the other side has a sort of squiggly stamp and at the bottom of the vaccine part has a covid virus stamp! I found these things out while fooling around with it.
The third is just aesthetically cute. It's, minimalist, pastel pink and has this cute removable heart charm!
I bought some stuff at the other con and I'll post that once I transfer all the pics to my computer.
Day 9: Off to the Comic-Con

Always remember driving to comic con with my friend and her best friend (her mum and little sister were there to) and we were talking about niche fandoms/shows/games and I dropped voltron and homestuck and I was met with blank stares.

I’m lucky enough to be attending SDCC this week, and I managed to get my hands on a couple new mystery minifigures! Here’s the flyer for anyone who’d like to see the new lineup. I’ll try to update more tomorrow!
Hey, yall! So, I have been doing cosplay for some time, and today @spoookybunny gave me the ideia of posting it here!
So here it is the Padme Amidala (in the Parade Gown from Phantom Menace) cosplay that I wore in Comic-Con last year!
I think this picture is great because the it show the cosplay in it most beautyful way (with this I ment that the other pictures were shit), and it also almost doesn't show my face (because it's painted white and because the picture isn't in the most perfect quality)
So I hope you guys enjoy it! (And yes, I have made and sewn it all with my own bare hands :) )

I was at comic con at the weekend! As Ink this time. It was honestly so much fun. I met a Killer cosplayer which honestly made my con haha. I saw a life sized X-Wing which was awesome, was surprised you could go right up to it and touch it. I got my friend to film me doing the masquerade which was so cool too, (dude before me went the wrong way which confused me so I started the wrong way too... lmao)
I ended up buying a lot this year, there were so many cool stalls. The Anohana stuff was a mystery bag, so it was the gift bag, a whole lotta artwork, stickers, washi tape, mouse pad, ruler, 2 pillowcases, a bag clip thing, a purse and a tote bag and it only cost £20 so I'd say more than worth it Plus I then got a whole heap of other stuff, love my potion bottles, "bottled meow" and "feminist rage" I won the 3d printed Deathstar in a spin the wheel. Other than that it was a heap of cute pins and stickers, my friend bought me the panda pin. Then got some jewellery, my Okami print, some Vocaloid merch, a glittery Ahsoka funko pop, a little wooden mushroom, a little capybara that was 50p, some 3d printed creatures and my big fan, that I had to pose with.
Are Jensen and misha going to do a panel together at the Liverpool comic con at the end of October?? Has this already been shut down or can I remain hopeful?
