Earlier this year [~April 2021], the Parker Solar Probe passed through the Sun's corona, roughly 6.47 million miles from the Sun's surface, flying through structures called streamers, which are essentially waves of solar plasma. Until now, the streamers have only been seen from afar, mostly during Solar Eclipses.

Additionally the video depicts flybys of the following (in order): Mercury, Venus, The Milky Way, Saturn, Earth and Jupiter, with the latter overtaking earth toward the end of this sequence.

The next solar flyby will be happening in January 2022, bringing the probe roughly 3.83 million miles from the surface of the Sun. Earth, by comparison, orbits the Sun 93 million miles away. (HQ Footage)

The upper atmosphere of the Sun is dominated by plasma filled magnetic loops (coronal loops) whose temperature and pressure vary over a wide range. The appearance of coronal loops follows the emergence of magnetic flux, which is generated by dynamo processes inside the Sun. Emerging flux regions (EFRs) appear when magnetic flux bundles emerge from the solar interior through the photosphere and into the upper atmosphere (chromosphere and the corona). The characteristic feature of EFR is the Ω-shaped loops (created by the magnetic buoyancy/Parker instability), they appear as developing bipolar sunspots in magnetograms, and as arch filament systems in Hα. EFRs interact with pre-existing magnetic fields in the corona and produce small flares (plasma heating) and collimated plasma jets. The GIFs above show multiple energetic jets in three different wavelengths. The light has been colorized in red, green and blue, corresponding to three coronal temperature regimes ranging from ~0.8Mk to 2MK.

The Star and The Sun

So many people talk about the heat death of the sun and how they’re worried. Not only will that not happen in our lifetime, let alone generations, but there’s something I find interesting about it: it’s hypothesized that once the sun dies out, it’ll form into a giant diamond. Why do I bring this up?

I guess it could be a metaphor for when even the world dies and the light fades away, beauty remains in its fall…

Or something? I’m not philosophical, I just like science and literature.

Was icarus's fall so terrible after all? He would've died with a smile on his face, the sun all beautiful on him, setting him ablaze. Golden boy alight in his fall, golden are our kisses which set me ablaze and my wings burn in all their glory as you sweep my ashes 'neath the rug. The wax stuck to my lashes doesn't seem to scald your skin as much as I'd hoped and it seems fair to give it all up, for just a fleeting moment of your rays spreading across my skin, painting my lips, as if all the gold would hide the red underneath. Icarus must've surely died with a smile on his face, for I know I did in your smoldering embrace.

Aquí está la segunda ilustración del tarot siendo esta vez "El Sol", algo que no conté en la publicación anterior es que son en parte re dibujos debido a que había detalles que no me gustaban de los originales y termine haciéndolos de nuevo. Ahora si dando un resultado que convenció más.

Here is the second illustration of the tarot, this time being "The Sun", something that I did not mention in the previous publication is that they are partly redrawings because there were details that I did not like in the originals and I ended up doing again. Now giving a result that convinced more.
