⟅26.07.2024 — eu estou oficialmente sem internet (wifi) de novo no trabalho e como de costume, resolvi que era uma boa hora pra editar capas que não dava nada e elas de forma simples, me humilharam com tanta beleza, PQ EU DUVIDO (!) que faria uma capa tão linda como essa se eu fizesse ela de forma intencional :') eu tenho muita textura salva no celular, e com elas, alguns pngs e texturas que fiz todo o fundo, acabei tendo que recortar os pngs como os astecas faziam e no fim, usei os meus dados móveis na velocidade G pra me humilhar no nosso photopea querido kkkkkk :') eu não sei dizer isso de outra forma: eu estou apaixonado por essa capa (!) tudo nela, a ideia que tive pro plot dessa capa, tudo. Vou guardar essa no meu coração de tão boa que foi <3
I find it interesting that over time, Luffy began to clearly divide the people around him into his own and others'.
The East Blue saga is different from all the others, so we don't take it into account, but the rest of the major arcs are fundamentally similar to each other and the main similarity is that there is always some character of the location who will interact with the crew.
so, the first such character is Vivi, and, in fact, everything goes as usual: acquaintance, a request for help, the way to the villain of the arc, a fight, and everyone is happy, BUT Vivi is literally the only character of the location who was accepted by the Mugiwaras into the team as an equal member (even in the pauses in the middle of the episodes, she stood among them) and who later did not become a member of the team, but retained this connection.
neither Luffy nor the rest of the team showed such willingness to accept a location character into the team, no matter how close they got (neither Connis, nor Rebecca, nor Yamato, although the situations were quite similar)
my take: Mugiwaras and Luffy in particular began to grow up long before water 7 and timeskip, this process began after the first big adventure on the grand line

i finished alabasta saga!! alabasta arc is 100% my fav arc so far!! so much fun, the story was amazing, the writing was great
i loved meeting ace! he was so much better than i expected! i knew he was a fan favorite but he was so much sweeter and kinder than i thought he would be!
robin’s character is very interesting to me & i’m excited she has joined the straw hats! i have always wanted to see more of her and i’m hoping i get more info on her soon!
vivi is amazing! her character was so beautiful & i felt myself get more invested in the story because of how strongly she felt about her situation. i hope we get to see her again one day!
this saga was so much fun! i switched between the manga & anime and i thought it was the best way for me! i’m so excited to see what comes next!
