In case of confusion, the observatory is not open this Wednesday.
As consolation, here's the 'Great Turkey Nebula' of 2020 from Astronomy Picture Of The Day. I wonder what APOD's cooking this year?
The Great Turkey Nebula Imagination Credit & Copyright:Eric Coles
Explanation: Surprisingly reminiscent of The Great Nebula in Orion, The Great Turkey Nebula spans this creative field of view. Of course if it were the Orion Nebula it would be our closest large stellar nursery, found at the edge of a large molecular cloud a mere 1,500 light-years away. Also known as M42, the Orion Nebula is visible to the eye as the middle "star" in the sword of Orion the Hunter, a constellation now rising in planet Earth's evening skies. Stellar winds from clusters of newborn stars scattered throughout the Orion Nebula sculpt its ridges and cavities seen in familiar in telescopic images. Much larger than any bird you might be cooking, this Great Turkey Nebula was imagined to be similar in size to the Orion Nebula, about 13 light-years across. Stay safe and well. (APOD, 2020 Nov. 16).

Happy Thanksgiving!
So excited for Thanksgiving break ☁️🦃
I swear my relatives make me wanna commit crimes.:.. because what do you mean your girlfriend is coming to dinner with her four kids….. I didn’t bake enough pies and Mac n cheese for five extra people…. I asked weeks in advance for who all would be attending so there would be enough food 😭 now I gotta buy more noodles to make more Mac n cheese…
Happy Turkey-Day!
If you know me, you can probably guess how I feel about this holiday.
It sucks all around. Even if we ignore the origins, the modern concept is an anxiety inducing stressfest of forced socialization and judgemental family members. Not to mention the politics. Never bring up the politics.
The food is the only upside, as it gives us an excuse to make a warm meal we wouldn't otherwise have.
But all in all, enjoy the day your way!
And don't forget to pay respects to the indigenous people who suffered for this shit, so advertising companies can pump out the ass with bullshit and you can share an oversized meal with your probably shitty family.
Have a good one, whether you choose to celebrate in anyway or not. 🧡
Dear whatever God is out there,
I promise to be on my best behavior today,
But I swear if you let my grandparents test me, I will not hesitate to express ship them to you.
Love your favorite mentally ill hoe, 🐸
