annigo's Better Quality Drink Trays (For Rent & Riviera Retreat Kit)

I bring you two overwrites, one is  the Sugarcane Juice Tray from 'For Rent' and the other is the Lemon Nectar Tray from 'Riviera Retreat'.

Why?

Well, my Sims inevitably become connoisseurs because they always get good food from me.^^  And I'm annoyed that I can't really use these trays because they don't like the drinks. I think that's a shame.

I have now overwritten these trays so that only drinks of outstanding quality are served. The idea came from LittleMsSam with her trays. However, these two drinks are (still) missing. 

I particularly like the tray from Riviera Retreat and I like having it in the game, by the pool. 

So why not?

More Desert Luxe Kit Awnings

Hi guys! I love this Desert Luxe Kit Awning. But it is just one piece in 4 units wide. Not every backyard has dimensions that are divisible by 4 and sometimes back yards also have corners, inside and outside. So I made 5 more, 1 unit wide, 2, untis wide, 3 units wide, an inner corner and an outer corner. Btw. I must make the outer corner so huge, otherwise you can't set it on corner wall. My first model was not bigger than the inner side. And I must say, I love it! ❤️ Hope you'll like it too. 😊

Oh and Desert Luxe Kit is required. Sorry!

Occluder Fix for HomeChef Hustle Appliances.

Hi guys, an user pointed out to me that my alternative cabinet, which I had made as an add-on for the AIKE kitchen, creates strange shadows when you place a cabinet over the refrigerator. This is because I assigned the counter shader to the cabinets for a nicer, uniform view. It is common practice among creators. But the EA Appliances don't cooperate and thank us with ugly black shadows. I didn't immediately think that it could be a problem because I've been using this mod from @peacemaker-ic for years that fixes it until a new kitchen comes into the game through EA and the mod has not yet been updated. I have therefore created a fix that fixes the problem for the new AIKE refrigerator and for the food processor. But only for that! And the fix can only be used until peacemaker has updated its mod!

Alternative 'AIKE' Cabinets and Shelves

Hi guys, i'm again. Today I bring you an alternative cabinet and a modular shelf for the Homechef Hustle Kitchen. I've changed the inner corner and for all cabinets the shading. It just annoys me when the inner corner is darker than the rest and when the cabinets don't really match the counters. The inner corner shelf is decluttered und now a piece of the modular shelves. There are 7 pieces like cabinets too. Hope, you'll like it.

Alternative left-end Counter (HomeChefHustle)

I really, really love this new Home Chef Hustle Kitchen, but then... for what they create a slimmer dishwasher, when we can't place it under a slimmer counter? So I've made a clone from the left end, made it just a tiny bit narrower so that the end was flush with the dishwasher, replacing a center counter and deleting all other models. So it's just the left end, but placed as the middle one. So if you want to place it, you would have to choose the middle part.

I also wanted to make a Dishwasher clone for the right side, but the counter isn't cut out and my skills aren't great enough to know how to fix that.

But that's how it works for small kitchens and I'm happy.

I think you can certainly do something with it too. ☺️

A smaller Paddock Gate

I found I needed an additional smaller passage for the paddock fence as I also use it for my chicken run for consistency. But the regular gate is just too big for that. I don't think you can ride a horse through there. But that's not what it's designed for. Cloned it from the steel gate of the same EP, so it has the same properties. That's it! Maybe someone can need to use the gate as well, then enjoy!

Mix’n Match Curtain Set vol. 1

Hey you all, today I will bring you a begin of a curtain Set which is going to expand gradually. You might think, 'What set, I see only 2 curtains here?' You’re right but this set contains 10 pieces. They are the basis for everything else.

I could have kept working, but I'm having trouble concentrating. Can't make such big sets anymore. Lose the overview, the concentration and finally the joy and it will never be uploaded. That's how it happens only piece by piece. I hope you understand that. 😏

The curtains comes in 16 different patterns and colours, so they have 32 swatches.The back side looks different then the front side. And I have to warn you, they are a bit high poly (4000 one side) because they needed 2 planes for front and back. I've turned the polygons down as far as they can, without any great loss of quality. Come on... the original has 40000 polys and this without front or back. 😇 You can ‘hang’ the curtains on window without the bb.moveobjects on. But für position the laterally curtain holders and curtain rods, the cheat must be activate and then adjust in high. I don't wanted to apply the rods directly to the curtains because the different versions and swatches. That would have been too much curtains swatches. In addition, it is supposed to be a mix'n match set, so surely other Rods and rails will come to combine.🧐

So it gives a left, middle and a right side for builds a endless rod. ;) The counter shader ensures that it is seamless. There is also a mid-rod holder for the "static". It looks like more realistic. Then it gives a left and a right single rod too, it fits only the rightly side from the curtain because the rings are positioned differently. 

Well, now I've talked you enough, now look yourself. 😊

Hi guys, today I bring you a modificated version from the CL 1x1 Desk with the compartment for books. I like this desk for small apartments or tiny starter homes. But I was wondering, why this book-compartment doesn't have the function as bookcase too. My new is now a 2in1-version. I hope, you like it. The EP City Living is required. Hi guys, 🤗 today i bring you a modern backsplash-wall with a matching blank stucco wall. Sometimes I need it to scribble on a chit to soothe my nerves. Then sometimes something like at the first image comes out. Yesterday I've think, why not make in PS and seamless too. Tought and done. 😊 Furthermore, I thought the pattern could look quite beautiful as a subtle pattern on tiles. I love it to play with normal and specular effects. The pattern has the same color as the background but is visible through 3D effect and shine. I must honestly confess that I like the result very well. So I hope you like it too. As you can see, the walls are relatively monochrome. I do not like it so colorful. But this is not to prevent you from making your own recolors. But then please give me credit. And maybe I'll add matching complete tile walls.

Spa Day - Matching Lotus Lights

Since Spa Day release I ask me why there no Lotus-lights for Walls too? This elypse as a logo tells me nothing. I don't associate this with a spa, but the Lotus logo already. So I've made these lamps about 2 years ago but never uploaded anywhere. Now I have reworked them and would like to share them with you. For the 3 floor lamps 'Spa Day' is needed, they are cloned from the original and only scaled. The GP is not needed for the wall lamps. I cloned a wall lamp from the base game for it. All of them comes in all EA colors. Feel free to recolor my creations, but do not include the meshes but rather please link to my Download Page! Don't share my creations on other pages (nor on youtube!) and/or give as yours!
