What are some of your favorite Headcanons for Donnie and Leo???

Alright listen here.

Donnie:

This boi definitely has cameras set up around the lair, and I can guarantee you he saves some of the footage. He has a video of Leo pulling a flaming piece of toast out of the toaster and flailing it around until it crumbled to ash in his hand. He has copies of that video, and he refuses to delete them.

He has a video of Mikey sleep walking and having an argument with the refrigerator while fully asleep.

Another thing he has a video of is from quite recently actually. A kitten had fallen into one of the drains during a storm and broken its leg. The guys found it on their way back from patrol and nursed it back to health before sending it to a home it would be loved in. The video he has is of Raph in one of his rare soft moments, smiling softly as he rocks the kitten back and forth before falling asleep with it on the couch. He treasures all of these videos and he watches them when hes sad or down.

Now for the crackhead headcannons.

Does a very good anime girl impression

Has shocked himself so many times on his right hand that his nerve endings are fried

He has walked into the kitchen with his hand on fire and not realized it

When he has beef with one of his brothers he is extremely petty

One time he put a bit of coffee in Leo's tea

He was too tired to notice

*cue Leo going on a two hour rant about the fighting style in Dragon Ball Z

No one even knew he watched it

Has tried to have a conversation with a turtle at the pet shop

Leo:

Mikey tends to sleepwalk when he's had a stressful day and Leo makes it his job to sit awake in the livingroom until his youngest brother wanders in before leading him back to bed. He has had some pretty wild conversations with him too.

We all know he and Raph tend to butt heads a lot, but I believe that after he blows off some steam, he worries about his younger brother. He will secretly peek in on him and if he seems extra angry he will go out of his way to do something nice. He will refuse to admit to it though.

When it comes to Donnie, he always wakes up earlier than his other brothers, and the first thing he does is peek into the lab. If Donnie is in the middle of something he will refill his coffee and leave it on his desk. If his genius brother is asleep at his desk he'll carefully help him to bed.

And now for the secondary crackhead headcanon.

He has definitely made coffee for Donnie before bed and laced it with something that will knock him out

Sometimes it's the only way the other turtle ever gets enough sleep

When he was younger he loved to watch Donnie work

Until he got electrocuted

He keeps his distance now

The Bay movies showed us that Raph likes to knit, but Leo likes to crochet

When he was like 8 he dropped his katana and cut off a piece of Splinter's tail

It grew back but he was too scared about hurting his dad and it took a week before he picked them back up

Cries when he burns toast

The only thing he can cook is sushi

Mikey once convinced him that he found a bag of rare tea

It was weed

He made it into tea and everyone was high for almost 2 days

Splinter was not happy

Has had an argument with Mikey about why Donnie is the antichrist, all while the other was asleep

One time he was so deep into meditation that he sneezed and scared himself

Talks in his sleep

- he would always try to touch you or have you close (like rubbing your back, playing with your fingers etc)

- forehead kisses

- he would watch your favorite show or movie with you even though he might not understand it (maybe it’s the topic, the humor or genre)

- same goes for music

- he might even listen to it when you’re back at your own home, just to memorize the lyrics

- would try to get you into his favorite things as well

- he would NEVER forget your anniversary and even celebrate it each month

- flowers or cute poems

- written by himself of course

- he’d have a whole wall of pictures of you

- most of them he took himself

- some of them were of both of you

- he’d change his lock screen almost daily cause he loved every single picture of you

- he might whistle when he thought he was alone, just because he was so happy with you

- he’d watch you sleep but not in a creepy way

- he just loved the way you looked when you slept

- he’d compliment you every day, especially when you felt down

- cute af nicknames

- maybe something in Japanese like Hana (flower)

- already imagines your children

- and has names for them

- he’d often place you in his lab so he could cuddle you from behind

- he loved it when you put your head against his plastron

- he felt invincible when you did that

- always smiling when you’re around or soon are

- even when his brothers are pissing him off, fuck that he will see YOU later

- would ask Splinter what he thinks of you

- is happy when Splinter says you’re a wonderful human being

- always puts your happiness above his own

- but loves to vent to you as well

- never gets physical, just ranting about everything that’s pissing him off (come on, even he needs a break from time to time)

- he knows you’re the only person who can calm him down

- he would sleep much better when you’re next to him

- he would even sleep in sometimes

- he could relax so much with you, like a huge weigh is lifted from his shoulders
