STOP THE DEONCELERIZATION!
Please go back in time! We need to bring back the onceler to tumblr. At least just for a little while while twitter wants to come back just so they won't be able to. Show them the chaotic side of tumblr that once was the onceler. Please thornville high, come back to thneedville! Camp Weehawken return to us! We need you, all of you!
Thank you and good luck! It's quite fun trying to make a fluffy ball out of solid cubes.
I was wondering why in The Lorax, Thneedville’s trees are modelled after trees that you would see in our world. As you can see in exhibit a:
Because trees in the area didn’t look like that. They looked like this:
And i mean, i get why it’s like that from a film-making point of view. Most people watching that movie probably had no clue what trees in that universe looked like, so the creators had to model them after irl trees. But i’m thinking from a canonical point of view. Wouldn’t the trees be modelled after the truffula trees?
Which lead me to thinking that maybe trees only look like that in Thneedville’s area, and that for some reason the citizens are modelling them after trees from somewhere else. But that still doesn’t make much sense.
It's a good question! 🤔🤔🤔🤔 I also was thinking about the difference while build truffula trees and "regular" trees in minecraft
