Ren walks into the hall, admiring fans filling the air with compliments. Martyn scowls as he watches from his locker, knowing that none of these people have a chance with Ren, unlike him. Ren’s ‘fake’ smile bursts into a real one as he sees Martyn, face brightening up with joy. Martyn shares the reaction as he shoulders his bag and starts walking to Ren’s side. 

“Greetings, my hand, what brings thy beauty to my presence?” 

“My lord, I believe thy beauty is far more than mine,” he responded with a smile. 

Ren chuckles, “You flatter me,” He says, before turning to see more fans crowd the halls, smiling as he greets them. Martyn stares at the floor, Ren hasn’t made their relationship public yet, fearing his admirers might place threats on Martyn. Martyn thought that was really nice of him but...He wished the girls would leave him alone. Every time someone looked at Ren with those awe-filled eyes, flirting with him, asking to date him, Ren smiling and putting down their offer, always hurt Martyn in a way, always made him doubt their relationship. Could he be declining them because of me? Because he doesn’t wanna hurt my feelings?

 “-which is why I need your help, Martyn” Ren says, resting a hand on Martyn’s shoulder,  startling him out of his trance. 

“Huh-wha-sorry say that again?” Martyn stuttered, very conscious of Ren’s soft hand ever so close to his face. 

“I was just saying, I’ve finished my script for my new show, and I was just thinking, I know you are a great actor when it comes to it. Would you like to join me?” 

Martyn feels his jaw drop as his brain processes Ren’s offer. Closing it when he realises that it's open.  He finds himself unable to speak.  “I um.” Martyn stutters when he realises what exactly Ren is asking of him. “Are you sure you want me to act for you?”

Ren’s smile goes wider and Martyn feels his heart flutter at the sight. “You won’t be acting for me! You’ll be acting with me! C’mon dude, it’ll be so fun!” 

Martyn finally lets the dopamine settle in at the thought of acting along with the love of his life, and a grin spreads over his face. “Of course I’d love to.”

“I knew you’d say yes.” Ren says, chuckling along with his words. “I’ll send you the script to proofread over as normal. You can choose which guy is more to your liking to act.”

“Uhm yeah sure!” Martyn says as he stops in front of his class door. “Alrighty then, see you next period?”

“You bet my dude.” Ren responds as they fist bump. Ren then walks away backwards, blowing a kiss towards the other. Martyn feels his face flush, before miming to catch it and send it back. Ren chuckles and turns around, walking to his next class. Martyn sighs as he reluctantly pulls his eyes away from his boyfriend and enters the room.

Lizzie has a whip that she wears around her waist and it looks like a cat tail 

Joel has Roman Gladius sword that shoots lightning like how in canon pearl can shoot a laser out of her spear and of course he can make clones of him self that can also wield a sword once he gives one to them

Jimmy has a giant shield like captain America but it’s shaped like an uno card he has a hard time lugging it around so he usually resorts to water manipulation which he is also very bad at 

Scott has a rapier that can freeze stuff with a gem stone that can change shades of blue 

Grian can make little bombs and big bombs 

Etho has ninja stars

Ren has claws

Pearl has an edgy scythe 

And Scar has a gun 

So during Ren and Bigb videos while they where talking to Scar. He mention how he hurts himself to mess with Grian and how Ren and Bigb don’t do that to each other because they have a healthy relationship and it warms his heart. 

So, Scar knows that the Relationship he has with Grian isn’t a health one.

Every other week, doc will say something insane(-ly gay) and suddenly my entire dashboard will be flooded with rendoc, and i think that's hilarious.

Like, i rarely see rendoc on tumblr, but as SOON as i do, it almost always means something gay happened. Which ofc means the silly tumblr ppl are loosing their shit again /pos

I want to make a space au inspired by rens gigaverse lore SO bad.

But i have like... 5 other wip AU, that actually have a plot n story n stuff. My only idea for this one is "Zedaph does human experiments and ren explores space!!!" 😭

Decided to make a lil animation of our favorite Gigacorp employee for today's hermitaday :D He's exploring the recently discovered planet he build his base on.

Am i surprised that Doc is fighting off the homophobes during pride month? Nahhh that's classic Doc behavior, but it IS rly fun to watch.

Did i, however, expect (c!)Doc to propose to (c!)Ren during Pride month? Wait what-

And did i expect Ren to just go along with it??? Yes, Ren is basically the personification of the improf "yes and-" at this point wkdhwkej

First sketch for that day that i ended up putting discarding:

I started this on the 31st, since it was my original idea for Rens prompt. However, I quickly realized it would take WAYYYY too long to draw & animate all of this, so instead i decided to just draw a simple standing pose of him in a gigacorp inspired outfit and post the walk animation a little later. Except, as i often do, i kept coming up with "small" things i could add to it while drawing...

....Until i suddenly had an animated and shaded piece with a background??? Which. Defeated the whole purpose of drawing sth different???? Anyways, the finished one i posted that day gave me an idea for a Hermitcraft AU and now i lowkey wanna work on that instead of finishing the walk animation LMFAO

Ren: One of the most surprising things from the weekend was watching Martyn swim like an Olympic swimmer.

Impulse: Yes. Yeah.

Skizz: Yeah.

Ren: Like, he has the most insane form? He—it’s actually insane. He swims like an Olympian.

Skizz: Well he—

Impulse: He’s the most athletic person in a gamer bod I’ve ever seen.

Ren: Yeah (laughs).

Skizz: Yeah dude, yeah. He did a backflip! He did a backflip off the dock like it was nothing, dude.

Impulse: Yeah.

Ren: He did a backflip. It was so good.

Impulse: Insane.

Bdubs: (to Ren) You love him.

(Skizz and Impulse begin giggling, Ren and Bdubs joins in)

Impulse: He was-he was great, he was fantastic. Well, Bdubs—

Skizz: Martyn and Diggity, sittin’ in a tree—

I'm back on my bullshit

"Hand, rise."

Martyn stays as he is, knelt at Ren's feet, forehead so low as to almost be touching the ground and leaning on the sword that he balances precariously on its edge in front of him. 

"Hand."

Ren's voice is so close, so tantalisingly near, and every inch of him craves to stand, to bask in Ren's stare and take his rightful place by his side. 

Martyn does not dare to lift his head. 

"Martyn," his king's voice cuts through the overwhelmingly tense stillness. "Look up."

Ah, a command. That he can obey, and Martyn does, slowly raising his head as his eyes stay firmly planted to the ground. 

"Oh, Hand," and a finger lovingly strokes his cheek, "what has happened to you?"

While I've been gone, goes unsaid. Finally, Martyn raises his eyes as well, meets his king's gaze, his king, his king—

And he breaks. 

Feels his face contort and shoulders start to shake as big, ugly sobs rip through his chest, soundless at first and then unbecomingly loud as he tries and fails to catch his breath. His king's image swims before him; he tries to blink past it, fails and remains gasping, shuddering, curling in on himself with the force of his love, his joy, his boundless, agonising sorrow. 

It's a shameful, pathetic display. By all rights, he should be instantly cast away; if Ren kicked at him like an unwanted puppy and bid he get out of his sight, Martyn would fall over himself and break his legs in his haste to rid the king of his despicable presence.

But Ren reaches out, instead, takes his face in his hands, wiping at the tears that stain his thumbs. He graces his skin with all the gentleness of someone who is clueless as to the things Martyn's done in his absence, what he's become—

It's presumptuous and improper, and he does not deserve to kiss the ground at his king's feet, he knows—but he stumbles and grips Ren's wrist with both his hands, holding on, begging with the drowning he does in Ren's eyes to never let go, please don't let me go. 

Ren kneels, as well, then. The hand that makes contact with his neck guides his head to rest on his shoulder; the other rubs his back. It's tender and more than anything he's ever known, more than his entire world, and Martyn is undone.

Oh, my liege, if you'd seen the things I've seen. 

Ren holds him, and in the weight of his king's hand tangled in his hair Martyn can hear only Ren's whispered words of comfort and his own choked-off sobbing. There are no voices and there is no never-ending laughter; there is only them, as they should be, as they are.

For the first time since a tear ran down his cheek when he saw the arrow go through his king's chest, everything is quiet.

COSMIC LIFE

Grian: Sun (Grian = sun in Irish, plus the desert is sunny)

Scott: Stars (Starborne origin in Origins SMP, just generally fits the theme, the things around his head look kinda like stars)

Pearl: Moon (PearlecentMoon. It's in the name)

Martyn: Mars (Martyn means 'Dedicated to Mars'. Mars is the Roman god of war and Martyn won by fighting a lot)

Scar: Comet (Came second in 3rd life and has come back and won secret life, like how comits orbit(?))

Gem: Jupiter (Astrologically, Jupiter is the planet of luck (among other things), and Gem had very good beginners luck. The colour scheme also fits)

Jimmy: Pluto (hard to make aliances when you are always out first, and pluto is distant from the other planets. Not seen as the same as the rest, like Jimmy because he's always out first. Pluto is the Roman god of the underworld and Jimmy always(ish) dies first. Pluto is small and Jimmy is a toy (which are small). Small is also associated with weak and Jimmy is always out first which is associated with weakness)

Mumbo: Earth (Has a sort of grounding personality, 3rd out in SL, and earth is the 3rd planet from the sun. Also, mounders)

Cleo: Black hole (Black holes are scary and Cleo is scary. Black holes are also dead stars and Cleo is 'ZombieCleo')

Etho: Ether (Scientists in the 19th century believed the Ether to be a universal substance that made up the universe (or ssomething along those lines) tying into the fact that Etho had a big impact on Minecraft from the early game which is still prominant to this day. The theory was also made a long time ago tying into the fact that Etho started YT and his channel blew up earlier than most, and the fact that he is the OG Minecrafter.

Lizzie: Saturn (Married to Joel, and Joel is Saturn's asteroid belt/rings)

Joel: Saturn's asteroid belt (Married to Lizzie and Lizzie is Saturn)

Bdubs: Blanet (Stays around Cleo, who is the black hole. Blanets are also small and Bdubs is short)

Tango: Venus (Venus is the hottest planet. Tango's skin is fiery themed and most fans imagine his hair as being on fire)

Impulse: Pulsar (a pulsar is a small, dense ball of neutrons that sometimes happens when a big star dies. Beams that come from this pulse at regular intervals, like a drumbeat, and Impulse plays the drums. Also, Im-pulse, and Pulsar are similar, and Pulsar means pulse in Spanish (and some other languages) which is the last part of Impulse's name)

BigB: Event horizon (An event horizon is the point of no return from a black hole, and cleo and bigb's alliance was at a point of no return after Bigb's boogie kill. Event horizons are also round-ish like cookies)

Skizz: Meteor (Rushed in and got himself killed in 3rd life + last life, and meteors are rocks that get into the earth's atmosphere and sometimes crash into it)

Ren: Dark matter (Shadow alliance. He was also missing for two consecuitive seasons (LimL and SL) and dark matter is kinda mysterious)

This was worked on by me and various other members of the r/hermitcraft discord, and is also being posted here and in other social media platforms by several of us
