Not my best work but this is pretty much what I think he would look like, it's been a while since I read the books though.
This is honestly older art but I've been sick so I don't have anything new to post.

If your ears are that big, you can easily turn them into a certain position to make them look like the cape of cobra when angry or with the intention to impress someone. For example, Burn would keep her ears like this almost constantly
