My mom and I were watching Digimon and suddenly, she says this:

My Mom: I love how each kid has something they struggle with.

Me: Yep.

My Mom: There’s always more than meets the eye. You got the kid with the weird hair struggling with his sister

Me: Tai

My Mom: Yeah. They’ve got their struggles. In comparison to, like, Alvin and the chipmunks who have nothing

Me: ….Well then.
