It's Pipo-kun!

I finally found the TV series with subtitles. In the middle of the episode two, I noticed this plushie in the background. I was surprised and happy. 😆😊

For those who don't know, Pipo-kun is a Tokyo's police mascot. It's a mouse-like creature that maintains order in the city.
