Sooo I love the idea of Red, Ilya, and Kat being besties while Ilya and Kat are dating! It gives me HUGE Golden Trio vibes (I may have to invent a sister for Ilya soon to make this badass trio in sync with the Golden Trio). If you don’t get the reference, it’s referring to Harry, Ron, and Hermione’s friendship in Harry Potter. Red replaces Harry, Ilya replaces Ron, and Kat replaces Hermione.

The world doesn’t know what happened to Raymond Reddington, Katarina. It is a mystery, right? So, we give them the answer. Katarina: What does that mean? [ Ilya comes up behind her and grabs her around the waist ] Ilya: Will you let me explain? Let me explain. Katarina: No. Ilya: Please, let me explain.
