It was a little accident. Fire isn't something you want your hair close to.

I got a fricking Deja Vu and went through the whole stages of Grief to find out his hair wasn't tied into pony tail. Please excuse my mistake.

Off to a good start I guess. This is the second time I'm drawing him and I already got a headcanon.
