Dear friends 🤍 Tears of joy mixed with feelings of gratitude to everyone who stood by me, who gave their time and effort in order to reach the campaign’s financial goal of 30k euros, but due to the circumstances that Gaza is going through and the closure of all land crossings, I was not able to achieve the main goal of the campaign, which is to leave Gaza to Safe country Thanks and gratitude are due to: 1. The Ansar, each by name and title, are people of goodness and giving.🌺🤍 3.For those who put forward new ideas, the idea of artistic paintings, marches, and bread sales are the unknown soldiers🌺🤍 4. Before we left Rafah, I didn't have enough money to leave Thanks to your donations, I was able to leave Rafah to Khan Yunis. What it cost me is as follows: Transportation: $400/600 Buy a tent for $500/$800 Land rent: $500/600 Building a very modest bathroom costs $200/300 Some incidental expenses are $300/500 Which means that I spent approximately $3,000 of the money of the group whose goal is to get out of Gaza to a safe country on transportation from Rafah to Khan Yunis. Then, on 27may2024 💔, the occupation army threw a bomb near our tent in Khan Yunis, which led to the burning of the tent, the mattress, and everything else. We fled without taking anything with us. I told my friend @littlegermanboy 🤍about this incident and we fled to Deir al-Balah because there was no empty place. We sat in the east of Deir al-Balah.
This escape cost us more than before because of the outrageous prices we are experiencing here. This is just an example to tell you that a liter of diesel costs 100 dollars. Which means that the cost of transportation to Deir al-Balah cost me as follows: 500$ transportation 500/700$ to buy a tent to replace the one that burned in Khanios 200/300$ to buy mattresses, blankets, pillows, and clothes for me and my daughter, Maryam But in Deir al-Balah, we did not rent land. We sat on government land for free 300/200$ to build a bathroom All these expenses detract from the funds of the campaign, whose goal is to escape from Gaza to a safe country Of course, there are basic expenses, which are buying food, drinks, milk, and Cerelac for my daughter Maryam. Certainly, these are from the campaign’s money because we do not have any other income other than this campaign.
Now the Israeli occupation army has told us to leave Deir al-Balah to the west, towards the sea The place I am in now is very dangerous, and if I decide to leave, it will cost me more than before, and this is not satisfactory. I spent the campaign’s money just to escape from one place to another.If the Rafah land crossing returns to work again, this means that the money we have is not enough to exit Gaza. For this reason, we will raise the campaign goal to 50k euros
I ask you, my friends, for increased financial and psychological support, because because of you, I am able to continue despite everything that is happening to me I thank you and everyone who contributed and helped to continue my life. If it were not for you, I would not have been able to save my family from health, psychological and nutritional deterioration. This defeatist attitude of "well it is what it is, gofundmes will keep stagnating and won't work" will push people away from trying to organize anything and those who are sitting on their hands will get one more affirmation that this is a lost cause. Palestinians are literally dying! Need I remind you that these fundraisers are their lifelines?? It has been repeatedly said that if someone cannot donate, then they should at least boost and that means more than just reblogging-> posting on other social media/ sending it to group chats/ sending it to your family, friends, colleagues etc to seek out potential donors. There is more than one way to help...Anyway I got this comment under a post I made for Siraj Abudayeh. My name is Yara Qeshta. I am a Palestinian living in Gaza with my family of 9people in a tent facing the worst war in human history. During the current Gaza war, my house was completely destroyed resulting in the loss of my business and all our belongings. Me and my family have since been displaced in the streets with no shelter, lack of access to food, drinking water, and healthcare necessities. Despite we were camping in areas which were announced as safe, we faced an imminent danger of death by Israeli airstrikes in our camping neighborhoods several times which resulted in serious physical and psychological impacts on us as well as my little grandsons. I am writing this fundraiser hoping to get help with your generous donations to evacuate Gaza immediately to a safer country.
Before the war, we lived a normal life in Gaza, where we had our own business and worked hard with my sons and brothers to survive under the siege of Gaza. This was my graduation year from university, as the eldest daughter in the family. My sister Shahd was in her third year of university, and Roaa was in her first year of university, majoring in artificial intelligence engineering, the major she had been interested in since she was young. As for my brother Salah, it was his final year, which was high school, and he was excited to complete it and join the Faculty of Medicine, his dream that he had dreamed of for years. As for my sister Mena, she was in the ninth grade, my sister jood was in the seventh grade, and my brother Ahmed was in the third.
Before the war, we were the ones who donated to people in need, but now my father has lost his source of income and I have lost my job in special cases, physical therapy, and we need every euro. Please help me so that I can get the target as soon as possible.

Recently there has been a fall in engagement with Palestinian content on tumblr, and for those of us who are helping Palestinians fundraise it is very obvious that this has happened directly after the very public smear campaigns, carried out by some racist users with significant followings.
It seems half the site somehow found it easier to believe in the horseshit about “belgian scam rings” and “russian botnets” in an effort to justify their apathy towards genocide victims, and the other half seems to think that everything is over and that the evil was defeated just because some racist bloggers got run off the site after giving half-hearted apologies that did nothing to mitigate the damage they had done.
THERE ARE PEOPLE STILL IN DIRE NEED OF HELP !! There are people who are still getting death threats from zionists every day and have to stay on this godforsaken website because their gofundmes haven't reached their endgoals yet...
I'm going to keep this brief:
Siraj's ( @siraj2024 ) family including his parents, and his five siblings and their families were displaced during the recent attacks by IOF on deir al balah
This means there are now 23 family members that Siraj is the sole provider for at the moment.
10 of those members are young children.
Siraj's wife, Halima, is having a terrible flareup of eczema and his children are suffering from skin infections and badly need medical attention.
This whole family has been living in unhygienic conditions in 2 tents, packed like sardines during this heatwave, leading to spread of infections between them as well– all during a time where hygiene products have become unaffordable due to the israeli blockade, and when water has become scarce, and kids cant even receive life saving vaccinations during polio epidemic.
All this while everyday siraj risks his life trying to reach out to us from an internet point amidst violence and shelling from the IOF in what once was a “humanitarian safe zone”, even more desperately than before because–
THIS FUNDRAISER IS NOW THE ONLY LIFELINE FOR FIVE FAMILIES INSTEAD OF JUST ONE !!
