My sketchbook is a living, breathing entity
Ever changing, constantly improving
For 11 years now, I’ve been documenting my life through collage, drawing, painting, print making, and everything in between.
The beginning and ending of lives, relationships, and phases.
Some pages capture the darkness of depression while others embody the beauty of living.
Some pages have been torn out, shredded, or burned… never to be felt again… while others I share with those around me to relive once more.
The light at the end of the tunnel often felt so far out of reach but I proudly endured and kept truckin along.
This part of my life has plenty of happy times and equally harrowing, difficult ones.
