Day 3 - Villain AU

“I’ve never had this much fun in my life.”

“Seriously?”

Standing back to back, guns held up, ready to fire if necessary - Kirishima and Setsuna finished a job well-done.

Life was fun being a villain. Honestly, it was.

Kirishima put his communication device to his mouth, “we finished.”

A raspy, static voice spoke on the other end, “wonderful. Report back to the HQ immediately.”

“Yes, sir.”

Stepping over the lifeless bodies, the two made sure not to slip on blood, or cause a scene. They walked out of the alleyway with total calmness.

“So, how’s life?”

Setsuna, in the middle of attaching her hand to her arm, replied with a “good.”

And then the conversation dissolved.

“Have any plans?”

Setsuna gave a look at Kirishima. “No, not necessarily.”

“Just going with the flow?”

“What’s gotten into you, all of a sudden?”

Kirishima wasn’t the best at small talk, but she had to give it to him for trying, at the very least. “Nothing,” replied Kirishima, “just figured we could talk a little before our next mission.”

“Fair enough.” Setsuna picked at her nails with boredom.

“Y’know, it was really fun... shooting all those people together...”

Setsuna gave him a look. “Could you sound any more suspicious?”

Kirishima sighed. He could sound more suspicious if he wanted to, but he didn’t want to tick his co-worker off just yet.

There was silence between the two. Just the sound of their footsteps on the concrete, and the dim street lights flickering on and off every two seconds. Welp... this is awkward...

“I liked working with you today.”

Kirishima looked at Setsuna. “What?”

“I said: I liked working with you.”

The two reached the HQ’s front doors. “Maybe I’ll try to convince boss if we could work together again.” And then, with a slick wink and a sly smile, Setsuna slipped inside, leaving dumbfound Kirishima outside to soak in his own shock.

Did she just hit on me? It was really hard to tell... Kirishima stood there with disbelief, still trying to process what had just happen. It was so sudden...

There was an aggressive knock on the window, and Kirishima looked up to see his other co-worker, Mina, looking at him with a pout on her face. “What are you? A statue?” Her voice was muzzled by the glass window separating them. “What are you waiting for, Kirishima?! Get inside!”

KiriSetsu Week - Day 2!!

Day 2 - Heartbeat

“Kiri, do you hear that?” Setsuna’s face became plastered with worry as she held her boyfriend’s hand tighter.

“Don’t worry, babe, I’m sure it’s just an animal.”

“But-”

There was another scurrying sound again, but was quickly followed with a crash of metal cans and a soft yelp.

“It’s coming from over there!” Setsuna let go of Kirishima’s hand.

“Setsu, wait!” But it was no use; Setsuna had already ran to a wad of dumpsters and crouched down for a better look. There was sympathy in her eyes.

“Kiri, come look!” Kirishima walked to his girlfriend and looked to where she was pointing. A small puppy cowered underneath heaps of trash. “The poor thing! We need to help it!”

“Setsu,” Kirishima wanted to protest; there was no way they’d be able to handle a puppy. Even if it were a well behaved one, puppies were pricey, and with all the hero work they both had in their daily lives gave up no time for taking care of a puppy. But he knew that his girlfriend wouldn’t take no for an answer, so much that she’d work her way around it...

Kirishima then made up his mind. “Setsuna-”

And at that point, he took too long. Setsuna was already holding the puppy as if it were her own child. It was a white collie pup with black and beige spots, and with bright blue eyes...

Yes, it was adorable. But Kirishima knew that he had to tell Setsuna sooner or later.

“Kiri, come feel it’s heartbeat!” Setsuna held her hand on the puppy’s chest. Kirishima placed his hand on the pup’s warm fur and felt it’s heart race.

Ba-dum! Ba-dum! Ba-dum!

Kirishima sighed, the poor thing was quite frightened...

Fine. They could only keep it for a few nights. Then, they’ll make up their minds on what to do with it.

But not so long afterwards, when Setsuna and Kiri got to their apartment, Setsuna wasn’t the only one rubbing the pup’s belly...

KiriSetsu Week - Day 1

Day 1 - Training

Kirishima gave it his all on the treadmill; beads of sweat trickled down his face and his breaths were heavy and hard. Today was probably one of his best days of training - he got a lot farther then most days, and there weren’t any other plans he had. Just a whole day of training to himself, and he couldn’t think of a better way to spend it. A hero in the making can’t rest - after all, it wouldn’t be very manly if he wasted this perfect day!

Kirishima reached for his water bottle and shook it. There was no more water left. I can go for a few more miles without it, he thought, checking the mile counter on the treadmill screen.

But after those few miles, Kirishima began to feel light headed. Just a few more... the treadmill began to go slower, soon slowing down to a complete stop.

“You should take a break, Eji.”

“Huh?”

Kirishima looked up to see his girlfriend eyeing him worriedly. “Oh, nah, I can go for a bit longer...”

Kirishima noticed the emotion in her eyes. She wasn’t buying it. But what was to be expected for the best girlfriend a man could ask for? “Really, Setsuna, I can.”

Setsuna sighed, “okay, fine. But at least take a break for an hour or two. And make sure to refill this,” she raised his water bottle and shook it. There was no water in it. At all.

About to protest, Kirishima opened his mouth, but Setsuna beat him to it. “No buts, Eji.” Setsuna gave a joking tone and made a face, “it isn’t very manly to push yourself hard and injure yourself right after.”

Kirishima smiled at her sweet attempt. “Okay, fine, but only for a few m-”

“Hours.”

“Okay, hours...”

After all, Kirishima realised, another way to spend my day, is with her...

Summary: After being rescued by the heroes during the Hassakai raid, the reader still felt uneasy and felt this tight grip on them. Everyone tried helping them but it didn’t seem to work until a boy changed that.

★☽A/N: I feel like people are struggling a lot so I thought “Why not make a one shot with Kirishima for anyone who’s comfort character is him!!” So I did. Just know that you are never alone and that you should seek help, let it all out to a friend or write it all out, just know that you’re never alone, there will always be that someone! :DD

You were a subject to Overhaul by the time you got your quirk (4yrs), you were experimented on and he would take your blood cells just to create a powerful drug to enhance one’s abilities, like strength, speed, and agility to an unhuman extent. But you were the one getting sacrificed and you hate it, you just want to get out of there.

!. Overhaul started to spread the drug with your blood cells around the country by the time you were 10. But a few months later, a new roommate comes, Eri.

!. You were disgusted by how Overhaul treats her, he may fancy her with toys her age would love, but it doesn’t change the fact that he used her quirk, “Rewind” to create a drug.

!. You loved the girl as a sister, she saw you as a sibling that would always help her at her time of need and of course, that’s true because you try and try to stop him from hurting her more but he would never listen! You saw Eri die over, over, and over again and he would just bring her back to life, that must’ve been traumatizing for a child.

★. There was a group of heroes planning for a rescue that's going to happen in the Hassaikai Headquarters. They have discovered that the bullet that had hit Tamaki was a quirk removing drug that they have called, "Quirk Killer bullet." With the help of Kirishima, they have managed to have the bullet that still had its contents inside, with the right people, they have discovered that it had human blood cells inside.

That made them feel disgusted.

★. Just when they thought it was just one girl.. Oh.. They were unfortunately wrong.

★. With the help of the police, they have also managed to get the enhancing drug from the thug that has attacked Kirishima. With a bunch of time spent, they have discovered that it also had human blood cells.

How sick can Overhaul be?!

★. Midoriya was more than determined to save not only the girl, but the other child as well.

★. A long time skip goes by and now you and Eri are safe.

★. Mr. Aizawa has been visiting to check on you and to ask questions about Overhaul. He was shocked that you have been there since you were four. He was glad that you knew how to use your quirk but to some extent.

★. A boy named Kirishima has been visiting every single day, always asking you how you been and always love talking about his day which was somehow nice and comforting to you.

★. Midoriya paid a little visit to you, saying that since you both were closer to age, you both could get along. You hesitated but learned to be comfortable around him as his visits turned into weeks.

★. From what Midoriya gathered, both you and Eri were unable to smile. It was as if Overhaul still had his tight and powerful grip on the both of you. He was even more determined to save the both of you again.

The boy and his classmates planned a concert and it was spectacular!! They were lights and many, many real effects that awed everyone, and Eri finally smiled!! She was freed from that grip, but not you.

It was after the concert, Eri was giddy with joy as she told all of her wonderful experiences during the concert, it brought Midoriya tears when he saw her smile.

“How about you, Y/N?” Midoriya asked the kid beside Mirio, but they didn’t answer, they just kept on their straight face with their face down. ‘He’s still not saved..’ Midoriya was sad, they were still not smiling at all. “It was.. Very colorful..” They commented in a soft, hesitant tone.

The boy was about to say something but Mineta had called out and called him lazy for just standing around. The boy apologized and excused himself and got back to doing his work along with his classmates

"C'mon! Let's leave them with their work, alright?" Mirio called out and Eri and Y/N walked with him out of the gym and back to the main building. Y/N was deep in thought as they walked through U.A. "Hey,Y/N, are you okay?" Mirio asked with a worried tone, Y/N flinched by their name getting called, "Huh? Oh.. Yeah- I– I'm fine." Y/N stuttered which made Mirio worry more.

The thing is, Y/N wasn't fine. They were inflicted by Overhaul's actions and was thinking about the horrid man everyday. It was as if they still felt attached to him because he was the closest and only thing the 14 year old had for a father, a terrible father. They felt like they had betrayed their father figure.

They don’t even have any memories of their parents, only fragments of them and they weren’t nice fragments. Their parents were always neglectful until they just abandoned the child to a cruel man, it was because of them that they had to suffer experiments over, and over, and over again.

[READER’S POV]

I hate this.. I want this to stop..

It was the same nightmare over and over again. Getting disassembled and experimented by Overhaul was too much for my brain, I just want it to stop!! It hurts so much.

I try so hard to keep it in so many times but when I’m alone, I just break out in sobs and hiccups. I don’t want anyone to worry about me, I’m just fine and I don’t need anyone to help me, I’m used to being alone with no help and this is no different.

I woke up with sweaty palms, I had trouble breathing normally so I tried my best to slow down my rapid breathing. I eventually calmed down and grabbed a drink from my minifridge and drank all of it up at once, I was still panting after that nightmare, shit.

I just stood up and sat onto my gaming chair in my dorm room and played for hours. It was 3.05 AM but who cares? I can’t go back to that horrible dream so, I may as well just play video games until I sleep in a pool of darkness. The screen shined brightly when I turned it on, I opened [GAME NAME] and started playing. By the time it was broad daylight, it was already 7AM. It was a Sunday and there was no practice and training for my quirk for me today so I just focused on the game as the time went by.

There was a lot of commotion that was heard, they were being so loud. A sudden knock was sounded on my door, I turned to look but didn;t respond. “It’s already lunch time right now, so I wanted to bring you your lunch. You like [F/F], right?” Midoriya spoked with his usual positive voice. I could tell he’s gone as the footsteps faded away. I got off my chair and slowly walked towards my door and opened it, seeing my plate of food, I just closed back my door.

I didn’t eat it, I just let it out and it became cold and disgusting. I was too used to eating from one time a day to nothing, I could easily go an entire day with no food, I would feel sick whenever I eat more than once.

By the time Deku went back to grab Y/N’s plate, it was still there and was now cold. Deku felt worried as he stared at Y/N’s door. He went down stairs to put back the plate and to put the lunch into a takeout plastic as leftovers. “Hey, Midoriya! You okay, man?” Kirishima asked as he walked up to Midoriya. “Not really, Y/N haven’t eaten anything.” Deku said, Kirishima looked at the lunch that was now cold and felt worried as well for the H/C friend. “Do you think they have an eating disorder? I only saw them eat once.. Or never even!!” Kirishima was now kinda panicking a bit for the person.

The boy started having a crush on the H/C kid since he was always visiting and hanging out with Y/N after the raid. Even if Kirishima didn’t know whether the individual even likes guys/girls, or anyone!

“I’m going to go check on him.” Kirishima said to Midoriya who nodded in response. The boy went up in the elevator and walked to Y/N’s door, he knocked. “Hey, Y/N? You haven’t eaten anything, are you alright?” Kirishima asked with his caring voice, Y/N didn’t respond, “Y/N?” He called out again but to no response. “Hey, look, if you ever need to- express your feelings, you can come to my room, alright? It’s just a floor up. I want to try to help you but if you don’t need that then it’s completely fine! I’m just offering some support.” Kirishima said before walking away. Just as he opened the elevator, a hand grabbed his arm, he turned around to see Y/N in a mess, they had a maroon colored hoodie with black shorts underneath, their hair was a complete mess and you could see their eyes were red from crying.

“So, what’s up?” Kirishima asked.

The two were in his room and on his bed. Y/N was seated at the end of it, while Kirishima was at the front. Y/N just kept quiet, worried if Kirishima wasn’t gonna take what they had to say. “Look, take your time.” Kirishima assured, which made Y/N more comfortable with the situation.

After a few minutes, they started to talk.

“I feel like throwing up every time I eat more than once or even anything. I stopped eating, I excessively worked out, I took laxatives, and I started to throw up food that I have eaten. Hell.. I even started to throw up after every meal. I stopped eating with you guys since you guys would be worried if I didn’t eat my food. I just lock myself in my room and play video games endlessly. I think the only things I consumed were water, protein shakes, and plain brewed coffee. My ribs have become more visible, I look like a skeleton. I don’t want to eat, I’m too used to never eating. I feel like I would be punished for eating, my stomach won’t agree with me and I feel like my mind has been going insane. I've been having these nightmares back when I was with Overhaul and I feel like I betrayed him, he was like– My father figure, despite his poor treatment towards me.” Y/N finished venting, it felt better after they let it out, like a small weight had been lifted from their shoulders.

Y/N felt total awkwardness when Kirishima wasn’t saying anything. Did they say too much? Just before Y/N was gonna apologize, a huge hug embraced them. Kirishima was hugging them tightly, like they were gonna vanish. “I’m so sorry that you feel like this!!” Kirishima said but Y/N didn’t hear that, they just felt the ringing in his ears.

A panic attack?

“I’m- I’m sorry but- Can you stop hugging me?” Y/N managed to stutter out, “Ah! Omg, I’m so sorry, I didn’t ask.” Kirishima apologized again before letting go, then he realized Y/N’s heavy breathing. He was gonna say something to help them but decided to take a different route. “Hey, hey, look at me, Y/N.” Kirishima said, which Y/N obliged. 

“Breathe slowly, or you won't calm down” Kirishima said but Y/N was still panicking a lot. “Is it alright if I can hold your hands?” Kirishima asked softly, extending his hands out for Y/N to grab and they grabbed hard while looking at Kirishima with panicked eyes.

“Repeat after me, N/N.” Kirishima told Y/N as he demonstrated calm breathing. Breathe in, breathe out, they repeated Kirishima’s breathing until they managed to calm their breathing and no longer stressed and panicked.

“How do you feel?” Kirishima asked, trying to let go but Y/N held his hands tighter. “Be-Better.” They responded, slowly caressing Kirishima’s hands as a way to soothe themself.

The silence was actually comforting. They just sat in silence with Y/N holding Kirishima’s hands, stroking them gently which soothed them.

“Erm- I’m sorry.” Y/N’s apology stopped the silence, “Hm?” “I’m sorry for dumping all of this on you.” They apologized, “Oh! No, no, no! You shouldn’t apologize, you just needed someone to tell these things to.” He said.

Y/N choked a sob, tearing up. Y/N let go of his hands and hugged him.

“Thank you, Ejirou.”

“Ngh-” I suddenly felt weak in my body. the moment I woke up, I felt weak. ‘Am I sick?’ I thought to myself, I tried to shake it off and tried to get up to get ready. It was a Friday, I’m sure I’m gonna get through the day with no problem. I slowly got up and stretched my legs and arms, I walked over to my closet and grabbed my uniform. I walked out of my room to the shared bathroom [You guys can pick which bathroom, the female or the male. Or you can just imagine there’s a gender neutral one!] . I then placed down my uniform and got into one of the showers and showered.

While I showered, my vision turned black for a second. I panicked a little but I closed my eyes and breathed slowly. I then opened my eyes and my sight was better. I shrugged off that you were about to pass out, and continued to shower.

I walked out of the showered and changed. After I changed, I walked all the way back to my dorm and with the elevator too. I grabbed my stuff and put them in my bag and went back to the elevator with some classmates. Once we all went out, we all parted and walked outside of the dorm building.

“Are you alright Y/N?” I heard a classmate asked,

“Mhm! Just fine!” I smiled back at them.

I sighed and continued walking around the school grounds, it was break and I finished eating so I decided to walk around, my body felt a bit weak but not as worse than when I woke up. As I walked by the halls, I saw a red spiky haired boy. He noticed me staring and he walked to me, “Heyy Y/N!” I smiled at him, “Hello Kirishima.”

He showed his sharky smile that just makes me feel warm inside, apart from the cold feeling than usual. Kirishima noticed something different, “Hey, you good?” “Mhm- Just fine Kirishima,” I softly said with a smile. He looked at you up and down, he then put his hand up to my forehead,

“Y/N! Your heating up! Didn’t you noticed this before or you started to heat up before some periods?” He worriedly said.

“I’m fine, don’t worr-” Then suddenly I saw the faint black turn into pitch black and I passed out

“Hm?” I woke up, feeling less weak then I did, I looked around to see I was in my dorm again. I looked to my right to see a sleeping Kirishima. Has he been taking care of me? I tapped his lap, he flinched and woke up, “Y/N! YOUR AWAKEEE.” He hugged me tight, he realised he hugged me too tight and let go. “Recovery girl said you got a fever, you got some days off,” Kirishima explained and I nodded.

“How about you? You got class” I said while looking at my alarm clock and back at him. “I got time off~ Just to take care of you!” He proudly said with his iconic shark smile, I chuckled and looked at him with a smile,

“Thank you.”

- He will stay as long as he wants, to take care of you. Even if you guys got different classes, like if your from class 1C and he’s from class 1A, he does not care.

- If he could, he would ask Bakugou to make some soup for you and buy some medicine if you don’t have any.

- I think he would be so sweet to you and try to keep you comfortable, like maybe fluffing up your pillow or moving them to become like a pillow chair.

- He would even cuddle with you if you asked him to.

Jeez sorry guys I promise I'll update by the end of weekend (I will sorry sorry). Just got caught in life like always. I did a low of fun things in August, traveled with family, with my folklore group a little, had job, made new friends, almost learned how to swim and whatnot else. But yeah, update on my life it's going okay (today was horrible I hate my class, but at least I hang out with my friends :D). So yeah, update y'all later byee

Insecurities:

• she doesn't like that she's chubby. People in middle school bullied her for her looks because of her tummy.

• so it's insecurity about her shoulders, tummy, a little bit about her bigger breasts, fingers (she discovered that painting her nails makes her fingers look less chubby (at least for her) so she paint them in black (because she thinks it looks cool))

• she feels like she's too basic because of her hair/eyes, like some people got cool pink or red eyes and she's just...brown

• she doesn't have a lot of friends that's got her feeling kind of uneasy because she just wants to be happy and have a lot of friends like you see those people on internet have

Confidence:

• not much (right now but character development exist for a reason)

Backstory:

• application:

-the user can teleport where ever they want, if they know where that place is

-the user have to at least know how the place looks(but like really good), if they got coordination that would help more • limitation: -using quirk takes energy, if the user is not trained enough and doesn't have enough stamina she could easily faint or feel ill

-the more distant the place is(where user teleport), the more energy it takes

-the user have to know how to combat fight, because their quirk just make them teleport which means they can be faster with training enough, but they can't fight just with their quirk

About her character:

• she's funny, loyal, generous, kind, sincere, persistent, open-minded, brave, selfless optimistic, impatent, pity, forgive-but-not-forget, talks a lot, ambiver, bubbly, touchy with her friends, impulsive, indecisive, kind of picky but not really, tolerant, shameless, stubborn, sly maybe, she changed mood really fast, aaaand she's silly

Issues:

• anger issues(thanks dad), anxiety and panic attack sometimes, eating problems because she's insecure about her body so she thinks she shouldn't eat a lot, PTSD (thanks dad pt2), trauma, sleep problems - insomnia, trust issues, abandonment issues

Things you should know:

Part 1 - 2 weeks before U.A High

Kirishima is my best friend. We met when we were little and we were practically inseparable, and, if we're being honest, we still are.

Now it's about 2 weeks before end of the middle school, and we're sitting in class talking about what high school we want to access. We were supposed to choose what school will that be like 10 times till now but I still don't know! I'm indecisive so it's hard for me...

I groan to myself and hit my head on the desk but it doesn't go unnoticed from person behind me. That's when i heard it—

"Pssst!" and a little poke to my back.

I slowly turned and I made eye contact with scarlet eyes that belong to my one and only best friend - Ejirou Kirishima.

"What?" I asked not in a mood to talk.

"Have you thought about that thing?" He asked all excited and happy.

"..." I broke eye contact, not answering.

"C'monn what's the worst thing that can happen if you choose it??" He insists.

I was quiet for a few more seconds and then I answered him.

"Fine, I'll enter for that stupid school" I said and rolled my eyes at him, not even a second later grinning from ear to ear.

"YES! You will not regret it y/n! I promise! We will go and be heros together. Man, i can't wait..." he then started mumbling to him overexcited self about how its going to be the best time ever, or something like that.

I just laughed a little and turned around waiting for class to be over.

When the bell finally rang for the end of the class it was lunch time.

"Yess babey! Lets go eattt!" I jumped and hyped up Kirishima to hurry up with getting his things.

"Jeez, y/n, calm down. I'm coming im coming!" He said getting his things in hurry.

"That's what she said!" I laughed out loud and exited the classroom waiting for him outside.

After a few second he exited as well and I 'boo'-ed at him scaring him.

"Jeez! You were dead 5 seconds ago and now you're all overjoyed!"

"I knooww, but now I get to eat, so I'm not grumpy" I laughed.

He just rolled eyes at me and continued to walk.

When we got in cafeteria someone yelled my name. I looked right and left only to find one and only girl who could yell my name in the middle of cafeteria. It was non other then pink alien girl - Mina Ashido.

"Hey Min!" I waved at her like fucking sims - getting my hand all the way up and then waving maniacally.

She came over and we started making small talk until we got our food and sat down at the table.

"So." Mina said shortly and clear.

We looked at her in confusion, then at each other and then again at her.

"So what?" Kirishima said while I was drinking my chocolate milk.

"Are you two together yet??" She asks and get up all excited, expecting for our answer to probably be yes this time.

We just rolled our eyes and i groaned.

"Mina, if you're gonna hang out with us only to try and get us together then we can't be friends bestie" I said half sarcastic half honestly.

She fake sniffed and just answered, "but you have to get together ONCE ALREADY"

"Yeah, but Mina you're trying to get us together almost 3 years now. Please stop for our and yours sake too" Kirishima said and I nodded agreeing.

She huffed, rolled her eyes and just said "Fine"

Later on we just had some small talk while enjoying our food. When lunch was over, there were some boring classes and I almost fell asleep like 3 times, but every time Kirishima poked me with a pencil, and whispered for me to 'stay awake'.

When last class was finally over, Kirishima and I walked out of school talking.

"So tomorrow you're going to train with me" he said

"What? I did not anticipate in that!" I disagreed

"Well, you didn't do any training all this time, and you have about 2 months before the exam. You better start as soon as you can." He reasoned.

And he was right damn it. "Fine. We'll train tomorrow, text me about time and place okay?" I asked and he just nodded.

"Will it be hard training?" I asked, not really wanting to die out there.

"You'll see" he said and just chuckled.

Great. I'm gonna die out there.
