Finding a new style I actually like gave me the motivation to finally do this one

I HAVE FINALLY FINISHED HIM!!!

Sorry it took so long to finish and sorry for disappearing for so long, I was struggling a LOT with motivation to do anything remotely creative but he is done now!!

I am so fucking happy with how he’s turned out!!!!

Surprisingly the hand holding the cards was really easy and I had the most trouble with the closed fist and getting his skin color somewhat close

Overall this was a fun learning experience and I’m about to start on another figure soon. Maybe. That’s the plan at least, I’ll see what the brain worms allow

Another update on my Harrison figure! Sorry the lighting and picture is shit, it’s nighttime so I don’t have anything less harsh to work with

Pretty proud that this has been my first time sculpting a human

So as you can see he is not longer a blueberry and is instead a carrot now

This is because I decided to redo his body and am working with whatever clay I have left before the big thing of white clay I ordered comes in on Wednesday

The stand that he’s on is from one of my funko pops, it isn’t centered but it works

I still need to do some tweaking to proportions and add his clothes before tackling the final boss: hands

Not only will I be making hands but one is going to be holding tiny cards. I just love torturing myself don’t I :’)

I still need to do something with the previous torso I made, any suggestions on characters?

But for real though, my next CC x GF piece is of him and Mabel hanging out and having some fun so don’t worry! :D

Believe me, Harrison is my comfort character, I’ve never been so attached to a character in my life (in a platonic way, I just really want to like hug him or be his friend or sibling). I want him happy but we gotta get through the ✨drama✨ first in this one

The focus is on how the Pines family interact with him based on their traumatic experiences with Bill, in the beginning it’s not gonna be a fun time for anyone directly involved 🤷‍♂️ (except for Mabel but even she’s a bit iffy at times)

That’s what makes it fun and interesting for us, though!

So yeah, don’t worry, it gets a lot happier for Harrison and the Pines later in the timeline and I’m not necessarily drawing these in order so I can absolutely sprinkle some more cute happy stuff in there :]

@brewingcoffi I'll get to the second part of your comment later, that one feels more like a full piece plus another mini comic so it'll definitely take some time.

Quartermaster and Ford are talking about the multiverse and their experiences with the unnatural. Both are most certainly leaving out big pieces of personal information while doing so.

Stan is weary about Harrison due to his likeness to Bill Cipher, but not outright hostile. He is also a lot more subtle than the rest of his family about his mistrust when actually interacting with Harrison. (Harrison can't hear what they're saying in this btw)

I'll have to draw a "first meeting" thing later, gotta decide if I want to do one big one or a few separate ones that focus more on each character.

The way I'm doing this au so far is just bits and pieces all over the timeline. I might do a full linear comic at some later point in time but this is a lot more fun haha (gotta chase the happy chemicals)

Speaking of timelines, this au takes place in the first summer of Camp Camp (so no season 5) and a year after Gravity Falls so Dipper and Mabel are 13, almost 14. The Pines probably come in sometime after season one of Camp Camp? I need to rewatch both shows and take notes to be sure on the exact timeline.

Oh, also my friend wanted me to mention that I draw all my things on my phone? And that I sometimes draw on my laptop with a mouse on Animal Jam (haven't posted any of that on here tho). They think it's insane that I do that and that I only somewhat recently switched to using a pen instead of my finger. It is a lot easier and quicker with a pen tbh

Finally had the spoons to do another Camp Camp x Gravity Falls drawing! Some bits were kept messy to maintain motivation to finish lol

…I really need to sit down and watch a video on how to do shading and rendering instead of just winging it

(Bipper’s arm is a bit off but I didn’t feel like searching for a reference ;-;)

Changed the way I did both of their hair and I like it a lot more than the first go around, looks more like canon (especially Dipper/Bipper’s)

Lil’ update on the Harrison figure

I promise it looks better in person

Haven’t worked on it much more cause I’m having difficulty with the clay being too soft to make the arms look right on the body.

I think I’ll have to add holes in the joint areas then bake the body to do the arms and legs. Scary stuff since I would have to restart the body if it ends up messing up

This has caused me to procrastinate finishing it :’)

Another issue with the clay is that it fucking 𝘮𝘦𝘭𝘵𝘴 both thin plastics and the varnish off of tables if it sits there long enough 😀

So that’s fun. Luckily it doesn’t effect parchment paper

Update on my Harrison figure!

His head has been painted :D

I tried to get his face smooth but it refused, I’ll see if mod podge might fix that (on a test piece of course)

His pupils gave me so much grief, I had to do the eyes with a needle cause I have no tiny brushes :’)

When starting this I forgot that I’d need to sculpt hands. Tiny hands. Why did I do this to myself.

Edit: I forgot there was a new episode today, checked the cc Harrison tag and just saw bald. I’m scared lmao what did they do to him poor guy just can’t catch a break

A long string of my thoughts regarding the crossover under the pics, you have been warned lol

It’s crazy to me that despite all the jokes that Harrison looks like a human Bill Cipher there is absolutely no fanart (that I have found) of him interacting with any of the Pines.

Yeah there’s art of him with Bill, but the Pine’s family are the ones that have trauma from him and therefore would have the best reaction.

Just imagine them meeting the one kid that not only looks like someone possessed by Bill but also does real honest to god magic and has an affinity for fire!

With how much shit the Pine’s have dealt with it wouldn’t be a stretch for them that Bill came back as a kid. They’d probably assume Harrison was being possessed or something.

Harrison especially looks like Bipper so I’d imagine he’d be especially unsettling to Dipper and Mabel. (Probably gonna draw him and Mabel interacting next)

Dipper immediately being super suspicious of Harrison and doing that stalking thing he does to try and figure him out. Dipper seeing Harrison make a mistake with his magic that makes him not look great and Dipper just freaking out more.

Mabel being uncomfortable with Harrison but trying her hardest to be nice to him because he hasn’t actually done anything yet. Becoming friends when she realizes that Harrison is just a kid and not anything like Bill personality and morality wise.

Harrison enjoyed coloring in that one episode so she could probably get him to do art with her. They’d have so much fun with him showing her his magic tricks, he’d be so happy someone is genuinely interested. His magic would probably improve with the encouragement she would give him.

Mabel being reminded of Bipper whenever Harrison gets a bit arrogant. The thought goes away pretty quickly though cause he usually gets humbled really quickly and just accepts it lol

Ford also immediately being suspicious of Harrison but not doing anything rash yet until he can test him. Losing his shit the first time Harrison does magic in front of him.

Stan giving Harrison the benefit of the doubt but keeping a close eye on him whenever he interacts with one of the twins. Not outright hostile to him but not exactly kind either.

Stan somehow finding out about how Harrison accidentally made his brother disappear and immediately noticing the similarities to what happened with him and Ford. He probably gains a bit of a soft spot for Harrison after and gives him pointers on random things, probably a few pep talks.

Oh also I know it’s just a difference in the two art styles but CC characters tend to have more yellow sclera and oval pupils/irises and it really doesn’t help Harrison’s case lmao

I can keep going but this post is already really long so I’ll stop for now haha 😅

Yippie, my first post on here!

Here’s a snippet of an animation I am currently working on of Nerris (and Harrison) from the show Camp Camp!

Nerris’s part is the most complete so I was excited to share it, this is my first time animating anything and I’m really proud so far.

Will I finish the entire thing anytime soon? Most likely not, but it’s been fun so far!
