WHO DID YALL PICTURE FOR THE RENEGADES CHARACTERS?? THIS IS MINE
Hugh Everhart, and also sorta Simon Westwood:
Max Everhart:
and then I realized he was white so I pictured Percy Jacksonđ
Honey Harper:
didn't really picture her as Cruella De Vil, it's just her â¨ď¸vibeâ¨ď¸ was Cruella De Vil
Book Howl designs from beginning, middle, and end of the story. My favorite drama queen, problem maker, and complainer. I adore the visual of his stupid sleeves trailing behind him so much. Especially during a couple of the fight scenes. Contemplating putting a bit of lipstick on him since its canon he wears makeup. Side tangent. Was gonna do a doodle of him saying âWelcome to my crib bbyâ and itâs just his squalor room behind him but couldnât figure out a pose. Iâm either gonna do his character illustration next or work on Sophieâs designs next. Idk yet.
Heres the raven black hair before he dyes it white too.
characters have to be a little bit awful in ways that you cant defend. its good for the ecosystem. your honor he did do that. He did in fact do that
âthat character is problematicâ i am sick and twisted. next
"Come away, come away!"
The example book cover for my Peter Pan and Wendy personal project.
My design for Peter's outfit here actually has elements from the stage play, because I thought the vines would make a wonderful belt and the autumn colours add a bit of pizzazz!
Little drawing of what I imagine Dr Henry Jekyll would wear when out and about on the streets of London.
Featuring very important plot relevant cane that was canonically a gift from Utterson.
Someone said "Jonathan Harker but what if he was a Vampire but also still a dork?"
That someone might have been me.
(Quick little sketch of Jonathan Harker as I try to settle on a design for him.)
Edric Montagu from The Mummy! A Tale of the Twenty-Second Century by Jane Webb (later Jane C. Loudon)
The novel is from 1827, so he's another one of those 19th century funky little literary mad scientists trying to resurrect the dead and it's great!
This is my design for him because I've been looking and, at the time of writing this, there are basically no posts on here about this book, at all.
So A Tale of the Twenty-Second Century fans, if you exist, here is some fan art. âĽ
⨠Mina Harker â¨
I love the Harkers so much! I really need to try to settle on a design for Jonathan too.
And just draw these two dorks more in general.
They're delightful âĽ
Another sketch of Dr. Henry Jekyll.
Every time I draw my design for him he seems to become more of a "tall, fine build of a man" and I think Robert Louis Stevenson would be proud XD
Let's see how many people I can get to join me in the "Henry Jekyll is a strawberry blonde" club.
Mr. Utterson the lawyer.
Another sketch of Henry Jekyll, M.D., D.C.L., L.L.D., F.R.S., etc.
The combination of his bewildered expression and me listening to the Jekyll and Hyde musical in the background while drawing this made it so that about 40% of the time it looked like he was just really unsure if he was being flirted at XD
Little sketch of Edward Hyde looking sassy.
yeah iâm fine (sometimes fictional characters are the only people i feel loved by)

She was still a girl, a slight lovely girl who lay in bed and ate chocolates, a girl whose hair smelt like hyacinth and whose scarves fluttered jauntily in the breeze. But strange and marvellous as she was, a wisp of silk in a forest of black wool, she was not the fragile creature one would have her seem.

In this house we acknowledge that characters can be morally questionable (!) yet fascinating and sympathetic.
