Recently went through Arkham City on New Game +(Faster Hits, Enemies Take More Hits, No Counter Icons, Harder Enemies Earlier In The Game) in Batman Arkham City with no combo moves, no freeflow focus(slowdown of time at a high combo), no takedowns mid combat(although I will be allowing takedowns on enemies who I can conceivably take down without them knowing of my presence), no combat armor and no ballistic armor on Batman and Catwoman. Took quite a bit of time to both do and edit, so would greatly appreciate if anyone could check it out. :)
