james is THE frat bro, like his dad and his dad’s dad and his dad’s dad’s dad were in this frat. he will be president eventually but for his freshman/sophmore years frank was president (james has a bit of a crush on him and did not realize) he’s studying sports medicine or social work and plays soccer

the black brothers are from massachusetts they went to some disgustingly expensive private schools, different schools though, either because sirius became awful after going to boarding school or because of trans!reg, your choice.

sirius joined the same frat as james, it’s the rival frat to his father’s so there’s some shit there. he isn’t on the soccer team because soccer wasn’t “sophisticated enough” for the blacks (he can fence and ski like a motherfucker though) but he does play soccer recreationally

regulus is studying law or finance or business or something equally awful because his parents made him, it’s soul crushing and he hates it but he is really good at it (as he is everything) he wants to study philosophy and will eventually switch when he gets out from under his parents thumb

lily and snape are from new england, i can’t think of like a specific place but it’s smaller and poorer, lily would be in an academic sorority but snape has a vendetta against greek life (cause he didn’t get any bids) and has also made lily very against it (hence her hatred for the marauders) her issues with petunia stem from pet not getting into the college, asking lily to stay behind with her, and lily just needing to get out of that small town

everyone loves texas remus but may i offer you like farm kid montana remus, his family has enough land and he was always busy enough that he never really got to interact with kids his age, maybe an accident with an animal that gave him his scars. he goes to college and joins a frat because growing up almost completely alone, that idea of unwavering brotherhood really appeals to him. he’s studying classics (shocker) which causes some fights with his dad who wanted him to do something more agricultural

peter is from illinois, it was a big deal for him to move out out state for college and join a frat since no body really expected anything from his life. he’s studying math. i think his storyline would kind of be like california by chappell roan, he really wanted the city to work out but it’s just not and he wants to go home. the city brings out the worst in him and he ends up becoming the worst version of himself to try and be liked

evan and pandora are from florida but moved all over because of their dad’s business. pandora is studying art (duh) with a minor in philosophy which is how she meets reg. evan is studying engineering, i’m thinking mechanical but i’m not too sure

Sirius, in cannon, is a 6'5 giant who would make fun of the most popular fannon version of him out there. He's not mature enough by fifth year, in the sense that he's a prankster, and doesn't often take other people into consideration. He would do the prank regardless. In this case, the moonwater scenario, whether he acknowledged it or not, deep down, he wanted to get back at Remus for being with Regulus.

Both the Black Brothers definitely make mistakes. We all do. They hold things over each other all the time. They're brothers, their allowed to hold grudges against each other. Also, I meant the rest of his life bit as more of an exaggeration. Obviously, after a while, it's not going to be brought up that often, if at all. Some people need reminders to help them, I mean, growing up in their household, they would learn by being reminded constantly of what not to be. Constantly reminding Sirius could be Regulus' gut instinct on how to stop a repeat, whether it will help Sirius or not.

Also, any ship with Regulus that isn't like Barty or Evan or both or someone in Slytherin is probably going to have Regulus as not a blood supremacist. But it is a huge part of his character. In the end, though, he does change his way of thinking, trying to destroy a horcrux and everything. (I haven't read all the books, so I could be completely wrong on why he went horcrux hunting.) You can just push back when he changes his thinking and change how he does it.

In the end, this, the entire Marauders fandom pretty much, is fannon. Most shippers of queer relationships and mulltishippers exist because of the fanbase and the fact that you can mix and match and change shit up.

I see moonwater as more of a library get-together thing, where Sirius was probably just talking, and he brought Regulus up, and he has a lot to say on the topic. Remus, hearing how much the brothers' relationship is going downhill, he wants to try and fix it because growing up, he never had that sort of connection or any at all really and didn't want them to loose theirs. Also, thinking about it, no one, unless they asked Remus directly (which they probably wouldn't due to his scars), would know if he was a pureblood or not.

Lupin is a pureblood name, and I don't really see Lyall as the type to shout it from the rooftops that he's married to a muggle. He also hid their family away from the world (probably) when Remus was turned. So, no one really knew he existed until Hogwarts.

So Regulus, with a strained relationship with his brother, probably didn't even know that Remus was a half blood. He just saw one of his brother's Gryffindor friends trying to make friends with him in the library. It was a relationship built over a good couple years of studying and careful suggestions and correcting that by the time he found out that Remus wasn't a pureblood, Regulus didn't really have any opinion on it at all.

This confused Regulus a lot and had a mini mid-life crisis where he had to re-evaluate everything he thought he knew and the fact he still wanted to date Remus and that he wasn't repulsed by the fact.

Ultimately, with Remus pushing the brothers, they start to figure their shit out properly and start talking again.

I don't know, but when Walburga finds out that Regulus is queer she's livid, but doesn't disown him thinking she can get him to settle with a nice pureblood girl and start working on some heirs.

When Walburga finds out that Regulus is dating a half blood, half breed, she's livid but doesn't disown Regulus because she brought the Black family heirs into this world and Merlin help her someone was going to continue it.

Already knowing that Sirius is a lost cause, she clings onto the fact that she's certain she can get Regulus away from the disgusting half blood. And makes anyone who will listen aware of just what she thought, all their pureist relatives agree readily with her.

Walburga hates Remus with a passion. She hasn't been this passionate about something in a long while. Walburga hasn't even met Remus, probably never will, but she hates him for the fact he is steering Regulus away from the goal at hand. A pure wizarding society.

She was going to kill Remus. If that's what it took to have her grip on Regulus once more, she would do it without a second thought. And she was going to do it too, almost had even, but then word got out that they were expecting child.

She was livid and, for the first time, unsure what to do to get her own way. She hated Remus but became a little bit more tolerant of him, though you'd never be able to tell because she still spoke the same ill of him, but that was a Black heir he was going to be producing, so she was conflicted.

It took Walburga a while but decided she couldn't have a person of Remus' status tainting the bloodline. So him and their now 4 children would have to go, Regulus could always rebuild his family with a pureblood woman.

Regulus was only the tiniest bit ashamed that the first spell that came from his lips when his bitch of a mother tried to attack his family, his beautiful babies, was the killing curse. But he doesn't regret it. He needed his family to be safe.

Remus wouldn't have been able to get his wand in time anyway, with a 4 year old and a 2 almost 3 year old tucked into his sides, a 2 year old in his lap and a new born in his arms while reading them all a story. He hadn't realised that Walburga was even there until Regulus had shouted, and she had dropped dead, too engrossed in their children.

I just really needed my probably, most definitely, ooc Weasley twins hurt/comfort, with protective Fred and that stupid blood quill.

It was an unspoken rule within Hogwarts that all new students and teachers were quietly (most times) made aware of was that, under any circumstances, were you to separate the Weasley twins. Even if it was only one of them that had been up to trouble (though it rarely was), you gave them both detention. It was probably the only thing they wouldn't argue back about with a teacher, and after the incident in their second year, no one could blame them.

George had been given a solo detention for the first time and had ended up passing out from a panic attack, not used to not having Fred right beside him. Fred had almost gotten expelled that night, extremely agitated without George within the same room as him, lashing out verbally and later physically at anyone who even attempted to either approach or talk to him. The only reason he hadn't been expelled was because McGonagall realised quite quickly that it was a reaction to being separated.

So when Umbridge, at dinner on the second night back at school, gave George a detention and not Fred as well, the entire great hall went deadly silent. Protests were already on the tip of Fred's tongue but were silenced by George's hand grabbing his and a small shake of his head. George got up on slightly shaky legs and followed Umbridge out of the room. Irrational agitation instantly consumed Fred, and he got up, stalking his way to Gryffindor tower. Ginny and Ron following shortly after along with Harry and Hermione.

Fred was pacing, so much so that he's pretty sure if the carpet wasn't enchanted, he would have worn through it by now. The other four had been sitting in absolute silence, just watching Fred pace for the last 45 minutes. He had originally been playing chess with Ron but had quickly gotten mad and flipped the board, Ron wouldn't hold it against him, they all knew he wouldn't, but Fred would apologise anyway. So now he was pacing because at this point, it was the only thing he could do without hurting either himself or someone else. Everyone else had all just quietly gone up to their rooms, not wanting to disturb Fred.

Finally, finally, the portrait opened, and George stumbled in, drained of all colour and on the verge of panicing before his eyes landed on Fred. He instantly made his way over, his twin meeting him halfway, wrapping George up in a hug, who immediately started sobbing. Fred brought them over to one of the couches and laid them down so that George was comfortable against Fred's chest, holding him as tightly as he could and threading a hand through his hair. Fred looked over and shared a concerned look with Ron and Ginny, who were looking increasingly more worried the longer George cried.

'Georgie, what happened?' Fred asked an hour later once George had finally settled down. George immediately sat up, panic evident in his voice and his maneurisms. 'Please don't make me go again. Fred, I don't want to do that again, don't make me go back, please. I don't want to be alone.' Fred brought George back into a hug, rubbing a hand up and down his back before speaking. 'Hey, shhhh, it's ok. You won't go back, I won't let you. But you've got to tell me what happened, ok?' George sniffed, nodding his head before giving his right hand to Fred, who was confused at first before he saw it. Engraved on the top of his hand, in a shaky version of George's neat print were the words "I will be alone"

'Umbridge prefers to use a blood quill for punishment instead of the usual detention activities.' Ginny audibly gasped in response, while Harry quietly asked Hermione what a blood quill was, and Ron had stared pacing in the spot that Fred had been pacing over an hour ago now. He sounded so defeated that it almost put out the anger that Fred was feeling, almost, because how could that bitch. This was his George, though. Who would 8/10 be in tears when ever the Weasley siblings' rough housing got too violent, who almost didn't join the quidditch team because he was terrified of getting hurt, who spent 6 months crying because he had to get magical stitches and somehow kept pulling them out, who almost failed DADA one year because he didn't want to duel. This was his twin brother who was a sensitive person, has hyperalgesia, and can only just manage getting poked with a wand. So, the fact that Umbridge would actively make his brother inflict pain on himself made Fred absolutely livid.

All Fred found himself doing was just pulling George as close as he could and continue to reasure his twin that everything would be alright. Fred would talk to Dumbledore, and if he wouldn't do anything, he'd go to the school board, their mum was on that. She'd definitely do something about it, Fred would make sure of it because this was his brother.

As George fell asleep, the others went to bed, Fred just planted a kiss to his forehead and settled in for the night, knowing he wouldn't be able to sleep until Umbridge was gone.

Day 1

I used dark and wander, but it ended up having a mind of its own.

There were just some things about Neil that Todd would never be able to understand about him. Like how he was able to light an entire room up and make the most boring topics some of the most interesting and many more things he found himself cherishing anyway, which is why he found himself wandering through the woods in the middle of the night with Neil clinging to his arm, which Todd could just make out he was beaming from the way the moonlight was hitting his face.

‘Neil, baby, where are we going?’ Todd asked, placing a gentle kiss to his neck when they suddenly stopped in a clearing. Neil looked just as lost as Todd was feeling but he still had the brightest smile on his face that continued to melt Todd into a puddle, like it always did. ‘I don’t know.’ Neil replied through a breath, his voice sounding higher pitched and airier than usual, that Todd couldn’t help himself from laughing as he brought Neil into a kiss. The moon went behind the clouds plunging them both into darkness, he felt Neil tense slightly, uncomfortable being in complete darkness, but Todd just kissed him again wrapping his arms around Neil’s waist and pulling him in close. Neil, predictably, was soothed instantly melting against Todd, one of his hands shyly making its way into his hair while the other wrapped around his neck.

There was something about kissing that always made Neil so incredibly shy, it was something that Todd had always been the one to initiate. Todd guessed that he should have seen that one coming Neil being a person who would be flushed for several minutes after being the one to give Todd a kiss on the cheek, whose favourite movie was Bambi and hid himself from the on screen kiss in sleeping beauty when they went to see it in cinema. Any other physical contact though was a different story, Neil thrived on hugs and cuddles, hand holding the works. It was something that Todd probably should have seen coming as well, and it was a trait of Neil’s that always made Todd’s cheeks burn a bright pink. Neil has always been a tactile person, always leaning on their friends, asking for hugs and sneaking into Todd's bed for cuddles during the night.

Todd found himself gently swaying them to the soft breeze of the wind through the trees, just kissing Neil and holding him close with all the love he could possibly express, coming nowhere near to the amount he actually felt for the other boy. This. This was the life. This was everything Todd could have ever asked for. Neil was everything he could have ever asked for and more. And as Todd kissed Neil that little bit deeper, moving a hand up to Neil’s cheek so he could feel the blush coating the other boy's cheeks, he couldn’t stop smiling. Neil was his everything, Todd never thought he had anything, but now, against all odds, he has everything. This perfect boy was all his, this perfect boy he would wander to the end of the world for, this perfect boy that had managed to consume his entire life in all the right ways.
