Born to be the goofy main villain of a pixel art dungeon crawler videogame set in a spooky castle. Forced to do taxes.
This is my KFP villain, Jiao Diao. She is the master of the dark side of chi. She has control 4 of the 5 Chinese elements; fire, water, earth, and metal (air). Wood is the final element, which is basically control over plants. Since she is on the dark side which can only destroy, she has no grasp of the wood element. In my headcanon only one master can have control over one element. Po and Tigress however, could control two because it represents their personal Yin and Yang counterparts. Jiao Diao is cheating the natural order of things because, evil and all that jazz. She is a yellow-throated marten. I chose this animal because they have sort of a symbiotic relationship with tigers and one the natural enemies of panda (at least their cubs anyway). Her backstory has a past with tigers though and it’s not a nice one.
Anyway here’s my headcanon which Furious 5 member (and Po) carries what element.
Po: Water (second element, metal)
Tigress: Fire (second element earth)
Crane: Metal
Viper: Water
Monkey: Earth
Mantis: Wood
Anyway, this is basically my wishlist for KFP4. Most likely not going to happen. At least I can still dream.

Developed Atonal Dissonance more. Read under the cut for info:
So Cypress was a bright-eyed fae who wanted nothing more than to save people. Their power developed when they were twelve, the average age for more vocal-based powers. And they were thrust into the spotlight. As soon as it was acceptable, POINT scooped Cypress up, having them create the hero title of “Galant Cadence”. The reason, however, was less than pure. POINT saw Cypress as a threat. A fae with such powerful siren magic? Fae were known tricksters, and too many recorded to be villains. They wanted to keep an eye on this powerful being. They didn't treat them well as a result and brought them on as little missions as they could. No need for a villain to spark inspiration in the young one.
Resent grew, but.... they held it in. These were their friends, their allies. They became close with Carol when she joined, finally making one friend in all this. She made it all almost worth it.
All this secrecy went on until they found correspondence that detailed what they were doing to them. That they thought of them as a villain. Carol never knew. She was only a junior member, after all.
The night after Laserblast, Gar, and Carol all went on the sandwich incident mission- Cypress stood up for themselves. They couldn't stand up to Laser- and Carol had already left. But they wouldn't miss their chance with the rest. Hit them while they're down. They all thought they were a villain? They'd be a villain. Cypress was known as Atonal Dissonance from then on, just doing whatever they thought would be "bad". They were no longer that bright-eyed kid who joined POINT. They were a siren who wanted nothing but others to feel the pain they did.
They'd appear in various photos Carol keeps from her time in POINT. Flashbacks too, with hints of their fate, sprinkled about. They show up in their villain form during a musical episode. Their goal is to ruin Carol for her betrayal, as Cypress had been boiling about their friend's betrayal for years, and had finally found her. They find Carol knew nothing about the betrayal and this is the first the mother learned about it. Cypress leaves to contemplate this.... They end up neutral at the end of their character arc, realizing not everyone was terrible to them. But, not fully wanting to go back to hero-hood. They call themselves "Falsetto" now.
Day 9: A character concept based on an episode of Batman Brave and the Bold; which introduced the Music Meister. Atonal Dissonance (real name: Cypress) would be a (canon noncompliant) villain in the ok ko uni. They are a fae whose power is puppeting people with their siren song. Can be avoided via not hearing them, a sonic shriek, or willing yourself out of it (hard). They don’t play nice, and don’t even cooperate with other villains. Their goals are shrouded in mystery, and no one really knows them personally. They’re genderfluid and prefer they/them pronouns!
There are way too many attractive murderers on tv and I hate it because I make excuses for them. I’m like, “yeah they murder girls my age but he’s an absolute snack”
p-perhaps they’re at a ball in Hero’s honor. In civie identities? Hero and Villain meet, Hero notices something about Villain seems familiar, but they write it off thinking Villain is perhaps a coworker or someone they’ve saved before. The two of them have a lot in common, they begin to hit it off. Hero is about to ask Villain if they want to go out for a drink some time when they notice something EXTREMELY telling of who Villain is. Hero begins acting very guarded around Villain, and Villain seems hurt, as they don’t know why Hero could be acting like that.
Guess who’s backkkk
“Why won’t you talk to me.”
If the hero had still been completely clueless they would’ve noticed and cared for the other’s use of tone.
Stern but in a concerned manner, something Hero shrugged off, unaffected by the villain’s manipulation. Or at least, what they thought was.
“Why do you care?” Hero asked, monotone voice as they tried to stay calm. Pretending their nemesis wasn’t standing a mere few feet from them was harder than it looked.
The villain huffed, keeping their voice low as they spoke, not wanting to alert any of the other guests that surrounded them. “Because a minute ago we were on cloud nine and now you’re completely ignoring me.”
Hero didn’t respond, afraid that they just might snap at the villain or maybe burst into tears the second they opened their mouth.
Villains shoulders dropped, suddenly not so menacing anymore. “Or at least, I thought we were on cloud nine.”
Another pause, because Hero didn’t have it in them to make the situation any worse.
They fidgeted as discreetly as they could with the hem of their coat, but Villain was a vigilant bastard and the action surely didn’t go unnoticed. They took a deep breath to calm themselves before they downed the rest of their fancy drink.
Nothing worth savouring when your mouth tasted like acid.
The alcohol didn’t do anything to fix that.
“Look, if you don’t feel the same way then that’s okay, I just…”
Hero finally turned to face the one they had fought so many times over. Recognizing every tell about them now as they wondered how they could’ve been so clueless before.
The scar on their cheek, from a nick Hero had gotten through their mask with a blade. Their familiar, piercing green eyes, just not as dark as before. The consistency in which they cleared their throat and tapped their cheek when in deep thought.
It was all so obvious.
So obvious it hurt. It hurt that their heart still couldn’t let go and it hurt that their head didn’t even want to make the choice to leave.
“I just thought we had something…”
You made me feel like we had something.
Was left unspoken.
Words not Villain nor Hero wanted to speak, even if it was the cold hearted truth.
In reality, Hero felt the same way. Villain made them feel special, even if only for a few hours of the night, but they truly felt connected. Bonded—if they dared.
But it wouldn’t work, it couldn’t work. Not with their history, not with their past. No matter how good it felt now, one of them would have to deceive the other in the end.
Forbidden love. Hero couldn’t stand it.
“We can’t be together. It wasn’t meant to be.”
For the first time in Hero’s life they saw disappointment flash across the villain’s face. Then with a small smile and a heavy breath, Villain took the first steps away.
Villain: Come and fight me!!
Spiderman: Alright but make it quick
Villain, sneering: Why? City not important anymore?!
Spiderman: No bro, ᵢ gₒₜ ₕₒₘₑwₒᵣₖ
Villain: Oh sorry bro, this can wait. Go do your homework.
Spiderman: You sure? I mean, I can-
Villain: Nonononono go do your homework
Spiderman: Really, it's fine. I can jus-
Villain: gO dO yOuR fUcKiNg HoMeWoRk!!! EdUcAtIoN iS iMpOrTaNt Or ElSe YoU'lL eNd Up LiKe Me!!
Spiderman: Ok then I'll definitely do my homework
it's always the bad ones that are attractive as hell
