I’ve been trying out Cara (the new anti-ai platform where artists can share their art, hang out, or find work - made by artists for artists) and it’s awesome so far! It’s only in beta right now so there are some things that can be improved upon, but they just surpassed 300k users and everyone I’ve encountered so far has been super nice. The community of very comfortable and stress-free, you don’t have to worry about ai stealing your art or mean comments from non-artists who have no idea what they’re talking about.
Overall, it seems super promising as a new social media platform! Feel free to check it out and maybe we could be mutuals?? :]

A note about me, when I'm scrolling social media, I tend to talk aloud to myself.
The most recent case was a few minutes ago. Some person on Pinterest posted a post in support of a ship, which is fine b/c ship who you want as long as it's legal, but this particular post (specifically the text on it) had me amused because of how silly it was. Now, if you've been on my page for a while, you know there are VERY FEW non canon ships that I like. This wasn't one of those few, so naturally, I was critical of the post. Anyway, the post was of the two characters standing next to each other with text over it reading, "They're boyfriends. But I can't prove it," and I found it amusing, so I said aloud to myself, "Wow, you can't prove your fanon ship? I'm astonished." To be honest, most of the posts I see promoting ships from that fandom with "evidence" have weak-ass arguments in support of it, so I really wasn't expecting much to begin with.

Yeah yeah, while I do feel it's fine to ship who you want (again, given that it's a legal ship (cuz some ppl are crazy with that crap)), that doesn't mean I won't be critical if people are promoting it like it's canon.

Well, yes, it’s obvious why Rednote is a bigger threat now.
Okay, I can’t even look on Social Media anymore and see anything but the whole debacle with Sydney and Glen. Like WTF??!? Leave them alone. Stop making stupid rumor videos about them! You don’t know what happened and I’m assuming Glen never even cheated with Sydney because I feel they would have said something about it right now and Glen would look way more guilty. I swear, people NEED TO GET A LIFE… Do I need to spell it out for you because you’re that incompetent to get such a simple concept? Everytime I see a Glen and Sydney video that’s literally like on a day old, I mentally tell them to SHUT UP already and move on. There have been many sources telling us the truth of what really happened on that set and that Gigi broke up with Glen before any of this BS. But no matter how many people come out and tell us what really happened, people still choose to believe these rumors and the trash that it is. I’m sorry, but that’s stupid and Glen and Sydney do not deserve it right now. I’m getting tired of it, others are getting tired of it, and I bet Glen and Sydney are getting tired of it too.
