Cause if not that might’ve been a mini-awakening (new abilities coming from a high stress situation, but not to the scale a proper awakening) and you might need to have someone check in on you before testing your quirk. Awakenings, mini or otherwise, can have health complications (especially at older ages, but small stuff like Iida stalling out after Recipio Burst despite that likely being within his natural range with training are persistent issues that are worth checking for before ending up in the middle of combat)
