Is fitness harder to stick to if you're big and people assume you β€œneed” gym or is it harder if your slim and people assume you don't β€œneed” gym?

Valid question that could actually be an essay but nah.....

"You need to workout and be healthy" well no, you don't need to do anything but if you want to look amazing, feel amazing and stay that way with an increased lifespan I'd suggest it.

Lift heavy and often, Go HAM in the gym, eat regular, drink protein shakes after every workout, find a natural weight gain supplement.

This is the magic formula, just keep at it, trust me………. Exercise is the main ingredient, you have to go in so no 30 mins in the gym………that will not activate and build those muscles.
