I'm still working up the courage to ask my mum if I can get tested because this is a genuine part of my day to day life, and my school psychologist said it might be a good idea. I live the way you wrote this btw!! It's awesome!!!

this is the first lesson you learn: you are always wrong.
there is no electric hum buzzing through the air. there is no stinging bite to the sweetness of the mango. there is no bitter metallic tang to the water.
there is no cruelty in their laughter, no ambiguity in the instructions, no reason to be upset. there is no bitter aftertaste to your sweet tea, nothing scratchy about your blanket.
the lamps glow steadily. they do not falter.
II.
this is the second lesson you learn: you are never right.
you are childish, gullible, overly prone to tears. you are pedantic, combative, deliberately obtuse. you are lazy, unreliable, never on time.
youāre always making up excuses, rudely interrupting, stepping on peopleās shoes. youāre always trying to get attention, never thinking about anyone else, selfish through and through.
itās you thatās the problem. the lamps are fine.
III.
this is the third lesson you learn: you must always give in.
mother knows best. father knows best. doctor knows best. teacher knows best. this is the proper path. do not go astray.
listen to your elders, respect your betters, accept whatās given to you as your due. bow to the wisdom of experience, the education of the professional, the clarity of an external point of view.
what do you know about lamps, anyway?

After the sun had begun to set I left the library. Sam immediately walked towards me smiling like a mad man.
"Guess what?" She said matter of factly
"What?"
"I found a rabbit hole and it looked like it has something inside but I can't reach. Will you help me?"
"Fiiiiiiiine." I complain, know that if I don't she might get herself stuck inside the rabbit hole.
"Thanks."
I followed Sam to the rabbit hole, it was at least 50 meters away from the village and under a tree in the woods. It was odd that it had been placed here.
"Down there, can you see it?" Sam asked.
"Kinda. Here, hold onto me so I don't get stuck."
I say making sure Sam had a hold on me before crawling down the hold to grab a small reflective object. The moment I grabbed the object the ground I was laying on crumbled and fell into a dark abyss, it happened so suddenly that I couldn't yell out to Sam in time before we both got dragged down into the abyss.Eventually the hole lightened up and I could see multiple different objects, a piano, a teacup that was big enough for me to sit in, and an umbrella the size of a house just to name a few. Sam and I clung to each other in fear as we fell. This was strange and confusing.Eventually we reached the ground and landed on the ground gently, very confused as the fall should've killed us. We seem to be in a small room, with a round table in the middle. On the table lay a key and a bottle, the bottle had a tag on it that said 'drink me'.Sam, without a second thought downed half the bottle.
"Sam! Stop that! We don't even know what it is!"
"We should be dead Ellie. I doubt some mysterious bottle will kill u-" She was cut off as she rapidly began shrinking. As she began shrinking I looked around for a way to fix it, instead I only found a small door on the other side of the room with a keyhole. Quickly grabbing the key and mysterious bottle I walked over to it. Placing the small key down next to the door I drank the last of the bottle, beginning to shrink I freaked out slightly.Once I'd finally stopped shrinking I realised my clothes hadn't shrunk with me, slightly panicked I ripped a bit of my skirt off and wrapped it around me, tying a knot to secure it. I turned to Sam who had already don't the same. I picked up the key and placed it in the keyhole, turning it I heard a satisfying click as the door swung open. I turned to Sam who was now standing next to me I spoke up.
"I guess the only way out is forward?"
"I'd say so to. You ready for this... whatever it is?"
"No."
Froggo in a tea cup. (Could people please stop sending me asks that involve asking for money. I know I'm being a bit of a dick but I don't have any money to spare. I do feel for you people but it's getting a little out of hand.)
