Do you accept drawing other people's OCs in your art requests, or would you only do that as a commission?

Hello! I've seen some other requests asking to draw OCs, but I only accept canon characters from fandoms in my art requests. (at least for now)

A funny fact. at first, I treated Kakashi as a deliberately unloved character, because I have a strange opinion that a popular character does not suit me, or I just get bored of hearing about him in every corner of the fandom! but as I started watching, my heart completely melted. How can you not love him? the way he treats everyone, his team, his teammates, even despite what he's been through. His smile is heartbreaking, especially when it follows a tragic event.He deserves ALL the love he gets. I denied it for a long time, but he is my second favorite character. After Obito!! of course.
