A surprised laugh escaped from Rody. “And you’re a bit too old for me-” Wait, this was a CUSTOMER Rody! 

“AH- sorry, ignore that, please.” His usual snarkiness had slipped out for a moment there. A situation like this could get him in trouble with Stan. “I do apologize, really. Do you want something on the house?” It would come out of his paycheck, but it was better than getting an earful from his boss.

Rody had to admit, not aloud of course, that the blonde did have a point. The two of them did get super close in a short timeframe. They only had each other while running from the law, which gave them an ample amount of time to learn about each other.

"Well, we were on the run. We both almost died. Going through that kind of stuff usually brings people closer together." Pino started to peek out of Rody's hair, showing interest in the conversation.

"It's funny how you don't trust me simply because I became friends with Deku. Yet Deku seems like the type of person who makes friends easily. Do you yell at all of his friends like this? Do you ask all of them if they have feelings for him?"

"Yeah, but still, Deku." A hand was brought up to scratch at his scalp in thought. Even if Izuku was offering and willing to pay that much... It just felt off. Like he wasn't worth that amount. That money could be put to better use.

"Oh yeah, Roro and Lala have been talking nonstop about their break. Guess it is approaching pretty quickly. How long of a break do you guys get there at UA?"

I haven’t done a portrait in awhile and I’ve wanted to draw Rody since I saw the movie. So two birds, one stone sort of thing. It is rather difficult to turn a cartoon bird into something realistic but me and my near zero experience drawing birds did our best.
