My Pinterest is glitchy as fuck and won’t let me comment/reply most of the time and also I can’t see my keyboard when I’m typing and it drives me batshit crazy
So instead of informing the person I wanted to inform on Pinterest why pipeline punch monster energy is actually a valid gender, I’m gonna tell you.
Xenogenders were created for I believe autistic or general neurodivergent people.
Not everybody experiences the concept of gender in the same way, and sometimes we just can’t find the right terms to explain exactly how we feel, so we get as close as possible.
A bridge example is the singular xenogender label that I personally am considering. It’s a song gender of Savage Daughter. I think my gender fluctuates, I don’t think I’m a girl a lot of the time, but when I listen to that song I feel a deep sort of femininity that is specifically like a wild woman in folklore. I could stand to be a girl if I was a wild woman in folklore, but not in the modern interpretation of femininity. The way in which I am feminine is raw and open, and if it was anything but a xenogender based on a song it would be much more widely accepted.
And people who use xenogender labels don’t hurt anyone. The only way I can think of would be queerphobes or people new to the concept of queerness getting overwhelmed by things they can’t understand yet, but that’s why we take things one step at a time. Just because not everybody can do multiplication doesn’t mean algebra doesn’t exist.
I understand the feeling. It doesn’t make sense, it seems like a mockery. But it’s not a mockery, it’s genuinely how these people feel and it’s the best way for them to communicate themselves.
TLDR: let people use xenogenders. They are doing their best. It’s not your problem. Try to be kind, as a general life principle.

🌍✨ A Voice from Gaza: Fighting for Hope ❤️🩹
Hi, my name is Mosab , and I’m from Gaza. Life here has been harder than I could ever imagine, but today I’m sharing my story with hope in my heart, because your kindness has already given us so much strength.
This journey hasn’t been easy. The war has taken 25 family members from us—25 beautiful souls we loved deeply. Their laughter, their presence, their love… all of it is gone, leaving behind memories that are both precious and painful. Every day, I carry the weight of their loss, but I also carry their spirit, which gives me the strength to keep going.
Our Journey So Far
When I first reached out, I couldn’t have imagined we’d make it this far. Your support has been a light in these difficult times, and we are so deeply grateful for every single contribution.
But the road ahead is still challenging. Every day, we’re reminded of how much we’ve lost and how much we still need to rebuild.
Here’s what life in Gaza looks like for my family right now:
🏠 Safety: The uncertainty of tomorrow weighs heavily on us.
😢 Loss: The absence of the 25 family members we’ve lost is a pain we carry every moment.
💔 Dreams on Hold: The future feels so far away when survival takes all our strength.
How You Can Help Us Cross the Finish Line Even the smallest act of kindness can make a difference:
$5 may seem small, but for us, it’s a little relief, a moment of comfort, and a reminder that kindness still exists. ❤️
Can’t donate? Reblog this post to help us reach someone who can. Every share matters more than you know.
Why Your Support Matters Your kindness isn’t just about helping us meet our goal—it’s about reminding us that we’re not alone in this fight. It’s about hope. It’s about survival. And it’s about giving my family a chance to rebuild our lives, even in the face of unimaginable loss.
Thank you for helping us get this far. Your generosity and compassion have already brought us closer to a better tomorrow, and for that, I’m endlessly grateful.
With all my love and gratitude,
Mosab and Family ❤️
Lots of thoughts recently. Everything feels plastic.
I could go on and on about why all that AI "art" is bad. I could mention theft, lack of creativity, it's impact on the work field and environment, but countless people have already said all that. I wanted to touch on something that to me is the most utterly wrong about all of it.
Art is more than just something pretty to look at or listen to. It's therapeutic. It's a form of communication. A tool for human connection. It's a pure, human need.
Support real artists ☀️
My brain works like this
idk if you know but anything over 20 tags on a post those tags don’t work, so when you talk I the tags before you but your fandom tags there’s a risk they won’t show up in the tag (like sciset tag on your most recent art won’t show up in the sciset search because it’s after 20 tags)
wait… really😭 i did not in fact know this thanks for the info!!
Reporting every ad that uses AI art for terrorism
you certainly act as immature as a two year old
I may eat the odd cricket, but I am a still a respected adult
THIS IS SO SIIIICK OMGGGG
rainworld slugs! :V I put way too much thought into this
other notes under cut cause I thought about it a lot
their skeleton isn’t normal bone, it’s actually a mix of normal and prismatic cartilage! this keeps their bones light and flexible while still giving them the ability to tightly grasp and bite things. they all have prismatic cartilage for their jaws except for spearmaster, which discourages them to eat using their mouth since it’s extremely time consuming and uncomfortable given that their diet otherwise isn’t intended to be small plant particles and plankton.
spearmasters spines/spears from its tail are also full of digestive enzymes. this won’t kill prey by itself, but once downed spearmaster can just chillax as the enzymes do their thing inside the body and the visceral mush is returned to spearmasters digestive system for processing.
all of them have some sort of internal shell in their mantle except for saint. Rivulets is vestigal and very thin to allow for more complex movement but they do still have it. In the evolutionary timeline of scug—>furred scug, at some point it became more efficient to develop thick, dense fur that could deal with the cold while simultaneously protecting them. saints pneumatostome is also almost entirely gone and is more just an unusually soft spot on their back.
I interpret artificer, gourmand, and watcher to be apart of a “future” generation of scugs far beyond survivor, hunter, and monk—though obviously not as far into the future as saint is. they developed cerata to mimic lizards, since a lot of organisms will think twice before messing with a lizard rather than a slugcat, which is (typically) much less deadly.
hunter, artificer, and spearmaster are all malnourished, which isn’t super noticeable in the way I drew them but I’d just like to point it out cause it’s important 2 me lol.
OUFGHFGFHF BANGERRRRRRR
I like to think that after everything, Two Time sometimes just lays in a field and pretends Azure is still with them. They know it's not true, but it helps them keep whatever sanity they have left.
