I want to say a big thank you for all the support you’ve given me. Your generosity really changed my life. Cause of you, I got a part-time job at a local restaurant, working three days a week. It’s given me a sense of purpose and some hope.

You know that my life’s been tough, dealing with homelessness and mental illness. But you’ve been there for me, supporting me through it all. I’m so grateful for all the help I’ve gotten, and I’m asking humbly for your continued support as I try to find some stability. Right now, I need help with the first and last month’s rent so I can secure a stable place to live.

My grandmother {who had alzheimer and was under both my care and my mother's} passed away in December 2022

We all {me, my mother, my grandfather, grandmother and sister} lived in the same house together

My grandfather passed away yesterday while I was coming home from work

We were still recovering from my grandmother's death but now we're going to deal with the funeral and we still have to pay rent, our landlord is probably gonna kick us out soon.

my partner @mongrelmeats and i are trying to survive & escape an abusive household. we are both trans and disabled and had to flee TN to avoid homelessness in a very hostile state. we moved in with abusive family members as a last resort. sadly, they subject us to regular emotional/mental abuse, manipulation, and sabotage. they have been physically abusive in the past, causing me nerve damage. the situation is not safe and our physical and mental health is suffering. our two cats and dog live with us in one room with very little space to move around. we can't eat or shower without being observed and criticized. we are rarely permitted to leave the house. i guess it's not the absolute worst situation anyone has been in, but we are desperate to get out.

our only income now comes from commissions as our car was totalled in a triple rollover accident. i was lucky and survived without major injuries. weir was lucky they were not with me at the time.

our goal is to get a cheap used car without major damages or needing major repairs. funds otherwise go to our regular survival expenses, such as medical needs and pet food. but a car would give us some independence and the ability to find work to support ourselves!
