What if? — That's the question you’re able to explore when we're talking about alternative universes.

As we bring Misty and Natalie into multiple realities, we’re able to see how it might be to have them living through different places, different worlds, and even decades. While staying true to the classic MistyNat dynamic we all know and love, our alternative universes theme allows us to imagine our couple in various roles that give us so much to work with — all while preserving what makes them them.

mistynat is so great bc without misty we are just left with a natalie who is shakespearean levels of tragic. just leading an absolutely miserable existence. all the universe does is chew her up and spit her out over and over. unbearable. which is perhaps precisely why they gave her misty, a ridiculous and offputting poodle of a woman with no sense of action -> consequence. she makes nat's life miserable too, often in the deadliest ways possible, but her mere presence in nat's life is so goofy and absurd that it somehow becomes a relief from the usual torments. at least with misty nat's in a codependent buddy comedy on top of the eternal suffering. samuel beckett style. plus christina ricci has a great rack
