Hello everyone!

Oh, how I remember the good ol’ days when I first saw the DekuShield Week post, and I followed the DekuShield Week Tumblr.

Now look where we are; day three- his/her heartbeat.

So anyways, ignoring my strangeness, hope you enjoy!

(Also, I didn’t quite know what this prompt was supposed to be, so I just pulled a le-ootaku and wrote the first things that came to mind)

Prompt 3- His/Her Heartbeat

Ba-dum! Ba-dum! Ba-dum!

Izuku trembled beneath his skin. He would make this the best day of her life, he was adamant about that.

Ba-dum! Ba-dum! Ba-dum!

Even the encouragement and support of Iida, Uraraka, and the rest of his classmates couldn’t help his sensation of... adrenaline? Sweat dotted his forehead, but he wiped it off with his sleeve.

Don’t look so unprofessional! He cursed, you’re going to look stupid!

Ba-dum! Ba-dum! Ba...

And there she was, in all her glory.

Drop-dead; stunning.

Melissa walked towards Izuku, a smile on her face- oh, goodness. How he adored that smile.

“Ready?”

Izuku grinned, “always.”

He took her by the hand and walked with her down the sidewalk. He knew just the spot, but he wouldn’t tell Melissa- Heavens no.

Minutes later, and this was the spot.

“Deku, why’d you bring me here?” Wondered Melissa, Izuku merely smiled.

“This was where we first met,” he explained, gazing at the roses and greenery neatly done around them. A grand elevation of steps was placed in front of them. “When I came here with All Might, you were on your pogo stick and leaped into his arms.”

“Oh! I remember that!” Beamed Melissa, her eyes sparkling. “But...”

Izuku glanced at her. “But?”

“But why come here now?”

Izuku smiled.

“Melissa Shield.”

He got down on one knee and pulled out a small, black box. Melissa visibly froze. This was the day he would make his goal come true.

Ba-dum! Ba-dum! Ba-dum!

“Will you marry me?”

Ba...

Dum...

Ba...

Dum...

Ba...

Dum...

“Izuku Midoriya.” Began Melissa, her voice trembling.

“This is the best day of my life...”

Did she say yes? Did she say no? Yes, obviously!

So, I probably didn’t do what I was supposed to do (as in, the fanfic prompt), but I’m honestly too tired to try any harder at this point.

But honestly? I actually kinda liked writing this one, it was pretty fun! I could just imagine Deku being all flustered and just... being a Deku...

Well, that was that for today! Hope you guys liked it!

MangaSuna Week - Day 4

Day 4 - Adrenaline

It was just a normal day of hero training, and you would think nothing of it. Yet Setsuna's feelings became un-normal, and she became a little worried...

It was a few days after he confessed to her, and she soon noticed how much of a gentleman he was more and more by the day. It was when she saw him that her heart beated faster, and when he worked-out she figured that she might as well woman-up and either ask him out or pass out.

But throughout all her younger years of considering people foolish for their giddiness towards another, she finally understood that it was much easier to create the whole "ask-you-out-and-the-ship-sails" scenario in her head, than it was to actually execute it.

She figured that she could pass out - therefore she would be able to control her feeling much easier in her sleep. But the thought of him crouching over her to aid his classmate made her instantly reconsider the thought.

Thus, there was only one option left.

Be a woman! she thought to herself, even though her legs threatened to make her stumble; she pursued the walk anyway and went over to ask him out. This was either life or death. And with the way her feelings made her feel, she didn't care or which she got.

"Hey, Manga, can I talk to you really quick?"

Manga looked over, and the tension worsened when all his friends went silent. They nudged him in the shoulder teasingly.

Ignoring his childish friends, he stood up and nodded, "sure."

He walked by her side as they went into a more secluded area, and Sestuna's subconsious blackmailed her to stop or it would activate self-destruct.

But no, she wouldn't stop. She had to do this.

"So, I know it's been a few days since you told me that you liked me-"

"Cut it to me straight, please!"

"I like you too!" Sestuna felt a painful regret, but also a comforting relief.

But now it's life or death, remember?

Oh, wait.

Setsuna smacked her forehead, causing Manga to panic. "Setsuna, what the hell?! Don't hit yourself!" Manga rubbed circle's on Setsuna's forehead with his thumb.

Setsuna smiled to herself; he already liked you, idiot, it wasn't life or death. Well, it was, but probably for him anyways. You were panicking for no reason...

The two were silent as they walked back to join their classmates, holding one another’s hand - their love was in the air...

I just had a thought.

Have you ever taken to consideration that the Momojiro ship is kinda like those #NOTLIKEOTHERGIRLS redit posts where artists end up making the ‘other girls’ example fall in love with the artists version of themselves?

Or maybe I’m just dumb...?
