monday: 35 minute gentle pilates
tuesday: 30 minute pilates hiit + 20 minute foam roller stretching
wednesday: 30 minute walking cardio + 30 minute pilates
thursday: 35 minute cortisol friendly full body w/ dumbbells
friday: 15 minute cardio + 30 minute pilates
saturday: 35 minute abs and booty pilates
sunday: 1 hour yoga
*last week was the worst week of my life so i didn’t work out at all but we’re back to it this week focusing on lighter and more therapeutic movement
