Over time, you grew less and less worried with Leon’s nice behavior. Your math grade has gone up significantly, surpassing a low C which is a passing grade, but since the tutor sessions have become much more bearable, you haven’t felt the need to stop going. Besides, you have an A streak to fulfill.
Your friends stayed suspicious about the frat boy’s intentions, however. The way you’d become so unbothered with everything relating to him had them stressed, yet at the end of the day, “no asshole can hold up a facade like that for this long”, as per Sky’s words.
Easygoing is the best way to describe Leon at this point. A gentle soul, from what you can tell. He goes out of his way to hold the door for you, share his food with you whenever he brings it, and he even gets excited with you whenever you get an A on any of your assignments or tests. It makes you happy that you held out for him.
“And that makes sense to you?” Leon was standing next to you, leaned over with both his hands on the table. You were both in the study room, only this time you had finished everything math related. Thanksgiving break had come and gone so everything had shifted towards the finals before Winter break, meaning now you were using the space to go over the study guide for the final given by one of your other professors, though it would’ve been nice to have your math study guide to burn into your brain since it’s your biggest struggle.
“Yeah, this is easy for me,” you mutter, hand against your mouth as your eyes move back and forth across the packet of information in front of you. Having Leon leaning over you had been commonplace since mid-November. He turned out to be very nosey. “Shouldn’t you be focusing on your own classes?”
You didn’t need to look at him to know he was extremely confused by your study guide. “Uhh.. nah,” he stood upright and slowly made his way around the table, sitting down in front of you with a small groan as he relaxed into the seat. “I’ve made it through the past couple years here without ‘em. No need for ‘em now.” You nodded to the side at his, bringing the pen you were holding up to your mouth to nibble on the end of it. “Makes sense…”
It took awhile before you noticed his nervous fidgeting, looking up from your study guide to give him a worried look. “Are you bored? I can finish up in my dorm if you-”
“Do you want to get dinner with me tonight?” He cut you off, his eyes meeting yours before the room fell silent. The question was so sudden and you weren’t expecting anything like it, so it just had you confused. You must’ve looked it, too, since he moved his eyes away from yours while crossing his arms. “I mean-.. Y’know, figured I’d ask..”
Seeing him get nervous was always pretty cute to you, such a handsome guy getting worked up over you never failed to flatter you. “Oh, yeah! I’d like that, actually..” You giggled when Leon looked back at you, soon grabbing your few supplies to put back into your backpack.
Relief spread across his face, moving to stand as you collected your items. “Good, okay, uh.. How’s Olive Garden sound?” To the average college student, Olive Garden was some high class fine dining. Anyone would be a fool to say no to an offer like that.
Just like your friend told you not to do, the absolute biggest no-no when it came to these types of college guys, you let Leon get even closer. It was just dinner in the beginning, but you started seeing him outside of study sessions afterwards with him going out of his way to seek you out and hang out with you and you the same. “Just going out to dinner” turned into dates real fast, faster than you even had time to process.
You’ve almost completely forgotten about just how nasty he was towards you not three months prior with how he doted on you. Leading up to finals week, Leon made sure to bring you food after noticing your long study habits. He wouldn’t even give you a choice, just a simple “whaddya feeling tonight?” over text. He’d hang out in your dorm with you while you ate, much to your roommates dismay, and sometimes he’d just show up for no reason other than to see you. You’d blush and shy away from his flirting, he’d tease you, and you’d get mad at him for distracting you in a playful way. Even if you wanted to be actually mad at him, you couldn’t, not with that cheeky little grin he’d give you.
You never questioned his nosiness as he familiarized himself with your dorm, rummaging through your drawers as you whined at him from the bed to stay out of your stuff. Honestly, you’d probably look through his stuff too if you had the chance.
Having a boyfriend during your first year of college wasn’t exactly a goal, and you don’t know if this is even a relationship or not, but you weren’t complaining. It was so nice having someone care about you like this, especially when it’s someone who’s, to you, way out of your league in almost every sense. Though he wasn’t the most outgoing, he was very well known, and being seen with him meant the attention he received was spilling onto you. Hell, you didn’t even know he played football until he passed by you with his friends, all in their football get-ups. He never bragged about any practices or games to you, maybe you should’ve asked about the various bruises and scuffs he’d show up to the study sessions with. Oh well.
Every night during finals week, Leon would take you out for dinner under the guise of “destressing from the long day”, not that you minded, of course. You were growing increasingly anxious about your last final, the big one; math. The two of you were sitting in his black Jeep Wrangler as it idled out in the parking lot of McDonald’s, snacking on what was left of your meal in a comfortable silence. The combination of the heater blowing on you and the food in your stomach was settling you, if only a little.
Leon kept his eyes on you the entire time, hand rubbing soothingly up and down your thigh. His hand was so warm. “You’ll pass, I know you will.” His soft touch barely had you cracking a smile, looking through the windshield as large snowflakes quietly fell, lit up by the streetlights surrounding the parking lot and by the headlights on his car. The snow had accumulated an inch on the ground already, the sun having set nearly two hours prior. Winter and its short days, a blessing and a curse. “I don’t know..” You could feel his eyes on you, yet yours were stuck staring out at the falling snow. “My nerves always get me. I’m gonna make the stupidest mistakes and then once the final grades are in my parents’ll wanna see and then I’ll be surrounded be disappointment and shame and guilt.”
You closed your eyes and slumped your shoulders when you felt Leon squeeze your thigh, finally able to turn and look back at him. “You know that’s not how it’s gonna go.” He let out a breathy laugh when you raised an eyebrow. “Oh come on, you’ve got it down! Plus, you had an amazing tutor~..”
With a dramatic groan, you rolled your eyes as he wiggled his eyebrows at you, unable to hide your smile. “I guess, but you weren’t that amazing..”
Leon moved his free hand and brought it up to his chest, holding it there with a strong pout to feign hurt. “You wound me.. Was I nothing to you?” His smile quickly returned when you clicked your tongue at him, chuckling through his nose. “Seriously though, I’ve never met anyone as smart as you are. You learned how to do that kind of stuff incredibly fast, so I don’t have a single doubt in my mind that you won’t demolish that final.” His compliments always left you blushing and at a loss for words, playfulness giving way to a more heavy air. “Thank you, Leon. Really, thank you...”
You were too wrapped up in watching the snow fall through the windshield to notice when his hand pulled away from your thigh, or just how guilty he looked as he silently watched you.
The math final was easier than you were expecting. You understood basically everything that had been put on it minus a couple things that you scolded yourself for not brushing up on last minute. Grades weren’t put in until a week or more after the finals were turned in, yet you were confident enough in how it went to feel good leaving that room afterwards.
This first semester had really tested your limits, but you were lucky to have your friends, lucky to have Leon. It didn’t feel strange having him around anymore, it felt natural, real. There weren’t enough ways to thank him for all that he did between tutoring you and taking care of you overall.
You yelped with laughter as Sky picked you up, their arms around your midriff, waving you side to side as they yelled how proud they were of you. Ella only stood by and laughed along, making sure to take a picture of the moment as keepsakes. “Guys, I don’t even know if I passed yet!” You pushed away from Sky and they placed you back down on the ground, smoothing out your shirt which had you swatting their hands away.
“But! You survived and that’s always cause for celebration.” Ella pocketed her phone and took a couple steps forward so you were all standing in a small circle now. “You really pulled through these last few months.”
Thanks to Leon. “I did, huh?” You looked down with a bashful smile, shrugging before pulling the strap on your backpack further up so it wouldn’t slip off your shoulder. “You know,” Sky started, resting their elbow on your other shoulder while pursing their lips as they slowly turned their head to look at you, “you’re not very good at hiding your love for Leon..”
You weren’t trying to hide it, it's just that even the vaguest thought about the man had you flustered and stumbling over your words like a fool. All you could do now was glare at your friend, who just raised their hands up in defense. “Hey now, not poking fun, just making an observation.”
Ella placed her entire hand over Sky’s face and pushed them away from you, ignoring their muffled complaints as she looked at you. “We’ll always be suspicious because we’re your friends and we care about you, but as long as you’re careful, we’ll keep our distance.”
Sky pulled Ella’s hand off their face, making gross-out noises while wiping their face off. “Blegh, anyways, yeah. Keeping our distance, but still watching from afar.” They pointed their index and middle finger from their eyes to yours before smiling.
You hung around in their dorm as Ella finished packing up her suitcase. She’s had her plane ticket back home booked for a month, constantly expressing her need to leave as soon as finals were finished during that time. Sky was leaving the same day you were, which was in two days since you both drove or were driven here. Leon stayed at his frat house all school year, so you were thankful to have two people sticking around so you weren’t left all alone.
Unfortunately, this meant you had your own packing to do. Thankfully though, your roommate had already left, sparing you from their menial chit-chat. Packing was almost cathartic in a weird way, almost as if you saw going home as a reward for working yourself to the bone at this university. Quiet music was playing from your phone as you gathered the essentials, you’d be coming back in three weeks so there wasn’t any need to pack up everything.
A gentle knock knock knock at your dorm’s door startled you from your thoughts, causing you to blink a few times to make sure it wasn’t just coming from the song that was playing. Slowly, you made your way over to the door, and before you’d even opened it fully, Leon slipped his way through, side stepping into the room with a cheeky smile.
You scoffed as you watched him weasel his way in, hand stuttering away from the door handle to allow the heavy door to shut. “You could’ve waited until I opened the door all the way.”
“I knocked, though.” Mischief was evident in his tone as his eyes landed on the suitcase sitting on your bed. “Getting ready to leave?”
“Not for another couple days. Just.. wanna be ready.” You walked past him over to your suitcase, continuing to fold the last few pieces of clothing you wanted to bring back home. “Perfect, got some extra time to spend with you then.” Leon chuckled, now standing next to you to watch you get back into rhythm.
Having him admit that so casually had you nervous, cheeks heating up as you glanced over at him. “Wouldn’t you rather hang out with your friends?” The eyebrow raise he gave you made you stumble as you tried to elaborate. “N-not that I don’t want to hang out with you! I just feel like you’d have more fun celebrating the end of the semester outside of a stuffy dorm.” You tried to laugh away the embarrassment, moving your focus back to the suitcase as you zipped it up.
“I can celebrate with those slobs any time, but for right now, I would really like to be around you.” Leon carefully lifted your suitcase off the bed, placing it near the door for you. “You’re nice and quiet. They’re not.” You sighed after lifting yourself up onto your bed, sitting criss-cross right in the middle while meekly smiling to yourself, watching him walk back over to stand in front of you.
“By the way,” he said, turning his head to look out your window for a split second before looking back down at you, “I haven’t had the chance to tell you how proud I am of you for coming out of that math final. I know results take awhile, but you seem pretty pleased with yourself.” He crossed his arms and bent forward a bit with a teasing smirk as he not-so-subtly looked you up and down.
You covered your face with your hands and laughed into them, a poor attempt to hide your ever increasing blush. After letting your hands fall away, you bunched the end of your hoodie up in them, fiddling with the thick fabric as you replied. “Yeah, uh.. I think I did alright.” You were going to say more, but you stopped when Leon’s hand found its way under your chin, tilting your head back so you were looking at him. “C’mon, don’t downplay this, baby. You did amazing and you know it.”
Your mind went blank at the pet name and you were finding it hard to breathe with the way his hand felt under your chin. The air in your dorm was a tad tense before, yet now it just felt heavy. Stifling. All you could do was stare up at him with wide eyes, eyebrows furrowed ever so slightly as you tried to think of something, anything to say.
“Did I catch you off guard?” He said with a breathy laugh, gently tilting your head side to side as he studied you. And you let him. Your mouth felt dry, face hot as he leaned in closer. “You’re so beautiful..” His voice dropped an octave and his eyes were lidded as they stared into yours. “So smart, so brave..” Soon his lips were brushing against yours, whispering out a final “So perfect..” before pulling you into a gentle kiss.
It didn’t take long for you to relax into the kiss, eyes fluttering shut as you tried to mimic Leon’s movements. His hands cautiously slid down to grasp at your waist while yours moved up to cup his face, pulling him closer. He slowly crawled onto the bed with you tugging him along, leaving you laying down as he hovered over the top of you, knees planted on either side of your legs while one of his arms moved up to support himself.
He was doing his best to be careful with you, noting your nervous tremble as his right hand slid under your hoodie. “M’gonna take care of you, ‘kay?” He hummed against your sensitive skin, kissing along the underside of your jawline. You only nodded as his lips trailed down your neck, stopping when your hoodie got in his way of the rest of you. “Need you to say ‘okay’ f’me, baby.”
Nearly whining when he stopped, you nodded again a bit more vigorously this time, voice barely a whisper. “O-..Okay..” You propped yourself up slightly when Leon pulled his head away from your neck, his eyes meeting yours as both his hands were now playing with the end of your hoodie. “Y-Yeah, okay…” You repeated.
First it was your hoodie, then it was his jacket, and before you knew it, he had you in his arms, chest pressed against yours as he reached around to unclasp the hooks on your bra. You immediately brought your arms up to cover your breasts once Leon leaned back after pulling your bra off, self-consciousness suddenly settling in. “Hey hey, no need to hide from me..” He cooed, eyes raking down your body as he grabbed your hands to pull your arms away, thumbs rubbing circles onto the tops of your hands as he stared with a crooked smile.
You took the opportunity to take in his form; muscular, a couple old scars and freckles standing out to you. He was gorgeous, through and through, no doubt about it. He took notice, craning his neck to look down at his exposed chest before looking back up at you. “Looks good, huh?” That got a small giggle out of you, at least.
He slowly guided you back down onto the bed, his hands firmly rubbing up and down your sides. “You look even better, though. Layin’ pretty beneath me~..” His right hand found its way to your panties, running his fingers along the band before trailing further down to press his middle finger against the gusset. You gasped at the feeling while he laughed quietly, leaning back a bit further to catch a glimpse of the wet spot he was feeling. “You’re soaked.. Lil’ bit of touching got you all worked up?”
Your hands flew up to hide your face again as he rubbed his finger up and down your clothed pussy, letting out small gasps and whimpers all the while. You shakily nodded, subconsciously spreading your legs further apart as he slotted himself between them.
“Tell me something, babe.” Leon paused his movements to look up at you, huffing a chuckle through his nose when he noticed you’d covered your face. “You seem real nervous, so I’m jus’ wonderin’...” Dread settled in your stomach at his implication, you were hoping he wouldn’t ask this. “Yes..” You whispered, parting your fingers over your right eye so you could look at him. “Don’t make me say it, please…”
He hummed low in his chest, eyes darkening as they moved back down to your panties. “Juuust wonderin', is all..” His finger started to caress you over your panties again while adding a bit more pressure. “There’s no shame in being a virgin. Only means I gotta make this extra special for you~.” You moved your hands to shoot him a weak glare and he smiled in return. “Didn’t say I couldn’t say it.”
Once he felt your tremble start to dissipate, he brought his hands up and hooked his fingers on the band of your panties before slowly tugging them off, letting out a low groan as a string of slick stayed connected to the gusset from your leaking pussy. “Fuck, that’s hot..” He breathed in sharply through his teeth, taking your panties into one hand before grabbing his hoodie, stuffing them into the large pocket in the front.
Leon didn’t waste any time putting himself back between your legs, languidly dragging his middle finger up and down through your folds. He relished in your every noise, even as you tried to hold them in. “You ever finger yourself before?” He asked, voice gravelly as he repeatedly pulled his finger back to watch your slick cling to it by a string.
“... no..” Your innocence had him groaning to himself again. He could ignore the guilt eating away at him long enough to handle you the way you needed to be handled. “Let’s give it a try then, yeah?” He hunched over some more so his face was hovering above yours, middle finger now gently circling your clenching hole.
“P-Please be careful..” You whimpered, slightly panicked at the feeling of his finger nudging your entrance, one of your hands grasping the bed sheets while the other held onto his bicep that was closest to you. “I’ll be so careful, baby.. I promise I’ll be careful.”
And he was. What would’ve normally been a relatively quick process turned into ten minutes of Leon tenderly stretching you on his fingers. He studied your face the entire time, whispering sweet words into your ear, even letting out deep moans to encourage your own timid ones. You needed the time. There's no rush.
He moved down to pair his fingers with his mouth, tongue running through your wet folds as his fingers stroked your walls. The noises you let out when he sucked on your clit were intoxicating. You were intoxicating.
Once Leon pulled his mouth and fingers away from you, you knew what was coming. And when he paused for a moment after standing up, hands hooked in his boxers, eyebrows tightly furrowed together in thought, that only served to make you more nervous.
“..Leon?” You managed to say, propping yourself up on your elbows as you watched his shake himself out of his head. “Yeah, sorry, just… thinking about the best way to go about this. Don’t wanna scare you.”
“You-... I’m not gonna be scared..” You looked from his face down to his boxers, eyeballing where his fingers were still hooked in them. He just clicked his tongue, nodding his head to the side with a soft “if you say so”.
As much as you didn’t want to admit it, you were scared. There wasn’t much frame of reference, but Leon was… sizeable, for lack of a better term. And it wasn’t just his size that was intimidating to you, it was the idea of sex itself. Sex has always been made out to be this big grandiose milestone by everyone around you, so now that you’re about to actually do it is giving you the same sinking feeling that public speaking does.
“You’re scared.” Leon had pulled his boxers all the way down without you noticing, letting them lay abandoned on the floor as he took the small step back towards you. “No.” You were quick to object, eyes still glued to his dick. He chuckled and tilted your head back by your chin once more. “Yes, you are, and it’s okay. I’m not gonna kill you with it.”
“You might…” You muttered under your breath, eyes lowly making their way back down to his dick as he got back up onto the bed and in between your legs. “I promised you I’d be careful, right?” Leon grunted, his hand squeezing the base of his cock before giving it a few slow strokes.
You swallowed dryly, pulling your eyes away and back up to meet his. “Yeah…” He nodded, giving you a wobbly smile as he teased his thumb across his tip. “Right. So don’t worry, I’ve gotcha..”
You only nodded, doing your best to keep your eyes up and focused on his face as he lubed himself with your juices. Your eyes widened once you felt him line himself up with your hole, body jerking a bit at the slight pressure.
“You gotta relax, sweetheart..” He used his freehand to stroke your thigh before pulling your right up over his shoulder, hand moving back down so his thumb could rub your clit. “Just breathe and focus on what my hand’s doin’, alright?”
The two of you were lucky that a lot the people in your dorm building left already, cause when his tip finally pushed past that ring of muscle, you let out an embarrassingly loud yelp. It hurt, but it was also such a new feeling that it simply startled you. “Okay, okay, that’s the hardest part. You did it.” You panted, hands tugging at the blankets beneath you as he stilled. “Okay…” You copied him, nodding your head once you felt you were ready for him to move.
The sting of the stretch was the hardest to get by, however it was easily masked by just how full you felt after Leon was fully sheathed inside you. So new, yet so good.
You let out a shaky sigh, eyes closing as you rested back against the bed. Your heart was beating and your body felt hot. It was actually a nice feeling. “You- ugh.. You can move.. a little..” You breathed out, grunting softly when you felt him twitch.
“Mhm..” Leon agreed with only a hum, not trusting his mouth enough to speak. He pulled back an inch before thrusting just as slowly, eyes darting around your face for any sign of discomfort. A minute or so of taking it slow led to deeper thrusts, following your command as you asked for “harder”, “deeper”, “faster”. All with that sweet voice that he couldn’t say no to.
You were eating away at him and you didn’t even know it; wrapped around him so perfectly, that delicious honey of yours dripping down his balls, moaning his name, looking at him with those glassy eyes, fuck. He fits you so well.
He kept his eyes closed, unable to look at you any longer. Ignoring the guilt was harder than he thought, even with him thrusting into you like he owned you. You weren’t his, he can't have you the way you want him to-
“Shit-!” He gasped, too lost in his own thoughts to notice you’d grown close until you abruptly clenched around him, sloppy cunt milking his cock. His thrusts stuttered to a stop as he buried himself deep into you, cumming with a whine of his own. Looking at the wall with bleary eyes, he furrowed his brow again, chewing on the inside of his cheek while he caught his breath.
Clarity crashed into him when you wrapped your arms around his neck, pulling him down into a weak hug. He needed to go, but how could he leave you like this? God, he was so fucked.
He should’ve just stayed an asshole, that would’ve kept you far away. And he should’ve never taken that stupid bet. All this for a pair of panties to wave around like a trophy.

“Fucking dick!” you shouted, staring at the video, “Fucking asshole!”
You were lounging in your lace (very see-through) nightgown at your boyfriend’s, ex-boyfriend’s, mansion when you saw the secretive video. He was away on a business trip and you were finally off the road from touring. The two of you haven’t seen each other in months, due to your music career and his company being the CEO.
But that didn’t get in the way of your love, at least that’s what you thought. The long phone calls where you would talk for hours and then the calls where you did more than talk, meant nothing to him. All the flowers he sent before each show were there, filling your dressing room with its sickly sweet scent. You should’ve known it was going downhill when he brought his assistant to your lunch date, and you should’ve known something was off from the way she lazily regarded you, how she sat next to him. She walked in a manner as if he were hers. Perhaps at that time, he probably was. Every time you called him from halfway across the country, she was there in bed with him, or sucking him off as he called you his “little singer”.
You throw your phone, staring at the ceiling through blurred eyes, angry that you’re hurting after ignoring the signs. He’s supposed to be coming home late tonight, going to the office to look over some paperwork, but you knew that he was with that bitch. Or, she was with him at the office, being in your bent-over position on his desk. “Fuck,” you say again, thinking of the dinner that you cooked, the cake that you’re baking. Hell, you’re even wearing a new lingerie set, a pretty dark red against your skin. Despite the hurt, you continued watching, seeing him sit her down, and plunge his face in between her legs.
The video ended shortly after, leaving you trying to rationalize why. She was definitely more attractive than you, much happier to lean on him. She definitely tried to see everything from his perspective, but the most damning thing was that she was always there and you weren’t. That alone was all he needed to cheat. Finally, your sadness gave way to anger, eating you like a fire. Slashing tires, and breaking items can only do so much, so you decide to hit him where it hurts. Since he loves her so much, he can live with her.
So, you fell asleep as your cake was baking, causing you to forget about it. As you were sleeping, you felt incredibly warm, waking up to nothing but smoke. You barely made it out, but thank goodness you were there alone. That’s the story you would tell, you decided staring at the flames. Watching them claw at the night sky as if trying to reach for the stars. The sound of sirens made you jump from your seat on the ground. An officer, a young one, jumped out of the car, his eyes widening seeing the flames. He spoke into his radio as he ran over to you, taking you by the waist to lead you away from the fire. From this angle, he looked akin to a puppy, with bright and big ocean eyes, and lips that gave you the softest smile, reassuring you that everything will be fine. His tenderness almost scared you, it felt so foreign, and then you realized why, his features were never that soft with you.
He opened the car door, seating you inside. He placed his jacket over you, “You okay, Miss?”
“Just a little shaken,” you say looking at the fire.
“Okay good,” he gave you a smile that weakened your heart, “Better to be shaken than burned.”
“I’ll be right back,” he began to walk toward the fire, causing you to take his hand.
“Officer ..,” you saw his badge, “Officer Kennedy, it’s dangerous, and no one else was inside, just me.”
He nodded, walking off again to talk on his radio. He then returned to you, his eyes taking your body briefly before he pulled out a small notebook. “Thank you for being concerned,” he says.
“What are you talking about Officer Kennedy?” you asked, pulling his jacket up, it was just so comforting, feeling right on you.
“About the fire,” he smiled, still making you weak, “But danger is my job, I keep people safe. Also, please call me Leon.”
“Okay Leon, I’m y/n l/n,” you say, and when he repeated your name it was heaven itself. Another sure sign that your desires were reaching for the stars like the flames.
He then asked you questions about the fire, when did it start and how? You kept your story, though you felt bad whenever you would meet his angel eyes. He asked you why you were here and if you lived here. You told him that you were cooking for your partner, and seeing his face drop with slouched shoulders wanted you to make it clear that he is now your ex. After the questioning, he leaned against the cop car, staring at the fire, his fingers constantly moving.
The silence allowed you to get another good look at him, noticing his slim yet muscular frame. Blonde-brown hair that was blowing in the wind. You mumbled how you felt so much safer with him and he dropped his head, running his hand through his hair as he mumbled thanks. So cute, you thought feeling your emotions run ahead of you.
You two continued to sit in a comfortable silence, as you played with the ends of your nightgown. As you were doing that, you noticed Leon stealing glances, which you let slide at first, feeling a dangerous spark from those eyes. Then you felt the states become longer and bolder, Leon finally noticing that the nightgown is see-through, revealing the lingerie.
“Is everything okay Leon?” you say, “Oh! My nightgown, I’ll cover it.”
“You don’t have to,” his eyes widened, becoming visibly ill, “I mean it’s up to you. Shit,” he sighs, “It looks nice.
“The nightgown or the lingerie?” you laugh, causing his face to match the flames. Then you got an idea, “Let’s switch places.”
“What do you mean?” he asks.
“My turn to be the officer,” was all you said as you forced him on the seat.
“So, Mr. Kennedy,” you pulled out your phone as if you were an interviewer, “Why did you join the RPD?”
He stared at you smiling as he playfully shook his head, “I knew that I wanted to protect people ever since I was young. I mean in my school years, I always stood up to bullies who were huge compared to me.”
“Quite the hero,” you say, thinking that he’s perfect, “But why this city, this department?”
“I love Raccoon City,” he began, his eyes finally resting on yours, confidence in his voice, “But this city needs work, and I want to help it, and all communities in it,” he chuckled, “I just want to protect innocent people.”
“Including poor damsels like me?” you tease.
At that Leon looked at your body again, now having a better view of you. He swallowed hard, before mumbling yes miss. You could feel him mentally removing the nightgown revealing the lacey lingerie material that shows off your chest. The underwear was just as equally thin, with straps that connected to a lace piece wrapped around your thighs. This was supposed to be for your ex, but maybe Leon will enjoy it instead.
“Do you usually work so late and alone?” you asked, ignoring how his hands were resting over his crotch though your smile was light.
“Um … no. I just started,” he struggled for words, “First night alone .. Fresh from training.”
“Your girl must be worried then,” you say, smile now gone with the realization, that you’ll be no better than your ex, “Sorry for keeping you so late,” you managed to laugh pointing at the fire.
“There’s no girl,” he blurts out, “At least … there isn’t now. Been like that for two years.”
His desire is evident now in those stormy eyes. Giving you the confidence to get closer to him, inches from his face. His lips were so soft up close, and you fought the urge to kiss him right there, “Have you ever thought about dating a singer?” you were closer now, scarcely feeling his breathing, “Would you date a singer officer?”
“I’m guessing you don’t have a partner,” he says and you nod. The air between the two of you is finally clear.
He pulls you onto his lap, shamelessly taking off the nightgown. His stare gave you goosebumps in the fire’s heat and his light kiss on your neck nearly caused you to come undone. “You’re beautiful,” he breathes against your neck.
You shakily breathe his name as he continues to kiss your neck, nipping as he goes lower to your chest. His hands weren’t idle, both finding your chest and kneading your chest, squeezing your nipples, rolling them between his fingers. His lips finally found yours, crashing into you like a hurricane. The feel of his tongue against yours was powerful as you began to become aware of, only concerning yourself with all things Leon. The fire, your ex, everything all faded away by Leon’s hands, by his kiss. It was just him and you, and all you wanted was to fade into him wholly.
You let your hands palm at his pants, clenching around nothing as you felt him getting hard under your fingers. Feeling impatient, you undid the buckles and pulled his boxers down. His cock came out, angry and already leaking, causing your heart to tumble at the sight seeing how large he was.
“Please,” Leon croaked out, and you knew what he wanted, what he needed.
You nodded, causing Leon to move your underwear to the side, exposing your dripping pussy. You then got over him, sinking down. He groaned feeling you around him, his hands digging into your sides. He then smirked, touching the side of your face, and tracing his fingers over your lips, “Are you just going to sit there and look pretty? Or are you going to move that body of yours?”
So, you did as he said causing a beautiful sound to fall from his mouth. As you grind your hips against him, chasing your high by crashing down on him. You threw your head back, feeling him come up and meet you as you crashed down. He hit all the right places, filling you just right by hitting your sweet spot. Your mouth was only able to form his name, repeating it like a sacred prayer. You then looked down at him, causing impossibly more butterflies in your stomach. His eyes were squeezed shut and his mouth was slightly open, whispering jumbled words of praise.
You touched your clit, rubbing desperate circles and feeling the pleasure build up like a bomb. The extra sensation caused you to clench around him even tighter, your name dripping in honey coming from his mouth.
“Le … Leon,” you whined feeling him move your finger.
He placed your finger in his mouth, his tongue swirling over it. He was drunk on your taste, on you, hazy eyes filled with desire. His eyes were dark with it, giving the impression that they did not belong to him. But they focused on you, saw you, and you can swear that you think you’re falling in love. He held you down, rubbing new circles on that same sensitive area, all the while thrusting up. Your moans filled the police car as you grind on his dick, against his finger.
“Leon … Leon more,” you begged, fucking yourself against him, “More please,” the bomb was getting ready to explode. The knot in your stomach coming undone.
He obliged, making the circles on your clit harder, thrusting up into you harder and faster. You became sloppy at first, losing somewhat of a rhythm of grinding into him as your body began to shake, your legs jello. Next thing you knew, a white-hot pleasure erupted in you, engulfing you like a flame as you came on his dick. But he wasn’t done with you. He kept on slamming into your abused hole, the overstimulation causing you to try to get out of his grip but he was too strong. Or, maybe you just didn’t want to leave. Now he was chasing his high, thanking you for being good, for still being tight. You couldn’t think, you couldn’t talk. Your mind was in a haze, dumb off of his cock. You came again, another cry coming from your mouth, which Leon called beautiful.
Leon’s movements began to falter and stutter, signaling that he was close. He sat up, pulling you into a deep kiss as he came, some of it spilling out of you. The two of you finally pulled apart, your pants filling the comfortable silence. You moved some hair that was sticking to his forehead, and he gave another tender kiss, full of promise. He wraps a jacket around you, holding you against him. You don’t know why, or what convicted you to talk. It could’ve been the intimate moment that you shared or his calming heartbeat, but you did. “Do you ever think about her?” you asked, “Do you miss her?”
You felt him shift and tense, but he still held you. “I did think about her a lot. I mean, I saw her as mine, despite us being on and off, I knew that I loved her. So when she left, I was blindsided and angry,” he sighed, “I tried to hate her, but I couldn’t. I did miss her, but … I think I found something better.”
“I was angry,” you confessed, “I lied, Leon. He cheated and I couldn’t think,” you felt tears, “I was so angry, I started the fire. I just wanted him to feel my pain, especially because I did nothing but love him.”
“But this fire didn’t stop my anger,” you say, finally looking at him, “Leon, I don’t want to be angry.”
“Well,” he squeezed your hand, “It’s a good thing that you don’t have to.”
You smiled, feeling safety in his gaze, “But I lied to a cop and committed arson. You can arrest me.”
He caressed the side of your face again, “But you fell asleep, remember?” he says, “You forgot the cake.”
Your eyes widened as you giggled, kissing him, “Of course officer, I was just so sleepy.”
Soon the two of you were standing side by side watching the firefighters put out the remaining flames. They didn’t notice how his hand held yours, how he pulled you close. “I would like to do this again, I mean,” he facepalmed, “I would like to ask you on a date, make it an all-day thing, breakfast, lunch, and dinner,” he smiled, “I want to know my singer more, then after all that we can do this again.”
You kissed his cheek, “I would love that Leon.”

It was cute, really—how he thought he was getting away with sneaking glances at a certain former femme fatale.
Like his jaw wasn’t already well-acquainted with the floor whenever a familiar shock of scarlet stained the scene.
She—being one Ada Wong—had sashayed past your table with her lips painted rouge. Carried the scent of jasmine and danger with her, placing a nimble hand on Leon’s shoulder. Coupled it with a well-placed wink and a “See you later, handsome,” crooned in that seductive voice that never failed to derail him—never failed to sink your heart into the deepest reaches of your stomach.
You wanted to hate her. Honestly, you did. But you couldn’t find it within yourself since she’d reformed and joined the agency. Turned her back on the life of debauchery in favor of something straighter-edged.
And it didn’t help that Ada was…surprisingly kind. Resourceful. Charismatic. Professional. And Leon speaking life into her name like the enchanted soul he was, swayed you further away from your road of disdain when it came to her.
The hearts haloing his head were palpable.
You could touch them if you wanted. Reach out and flick those cartoonish little things, and Leon’s eyes swirled with them, stained all shades of lovey-dovey. The sight of his longing made you hide a snicker behind your hand, and your heart burn cold.
Leon’s attention snapped to you. All traces of that puppylike infatuation were replaced by mild amusement. Over the sultry croon of the songstress onstage, beneath the sepia glow of the chandelier overhead, his brow quirked with a question.
“What’s so funny?”
The bass of his voice rattled your bones. Enamored you. Always did, drawing your elbows onto the table and your chin atop folded hands. Something in your chest pulsed and pinched, but you masked the throb of it with a teasing smirk.
With a deep sigh pushing through your nostrils, you searched the stratosphere of Leon’s eyes. Admired his features as he maneuvered himself to mirror you on the table. A habit you’d both acquired through your years as partners. Anyone passing would mistake you both for being two pining fools. Though, they wouldn’t be too far off in their assumption.
“Nothin’. Just wish someone would look at me like that.” Despite the tease your voice carried, sadness sank between the vowels and consonants.
Really, you did want him to look at you like that. But you knew you’d never hold a place in Leon’s heart. Not like she did. Could never imagine Leon shuffling around those feelings to make room for someone as plain as you.
Leon blinked a few times. A subtle shade of peach dusted his cheeks. He broke eye contact, taking to fiddling with a wrinkle on the tablecloth as a subdued smile rounded his lips.
Shy was something foreign for your partner. Manly, precise, and goofy were not. He was always so sure of himself. Purposeful in every word, and every action, with a terrible pun or two sprinkled in to break up the monotony of the moment.
So imagine your surprise when Leon Scott-fucking-Kennedy sat amid the liveliness of the ballroom, tucking his bashfulness into the collar of his dress shirt like a boy caught rifling through the cookie jar.
The notion of someone else making butterflies swarm in Leon’s stomach made your chest grow tighter. And a pressure akin to thorns sank into the column of your throat, grazing downward until your trachea grew raw and your chest pulsed again with liquid fire.
It would never be you, would it? Could never be you, right?
“Dunno what you’re on about,” Leon chuckled, anxiety residing in the depths of his voice. This avoidance: he wore it well. Still couldn’t look your way because he’d been caught red-handed, making googly eyes at the woman who haunted his dreams and tarnished yours.
You felt something hot drop into the pit of your belly. Felt your face twitch with the threat of a grimace, yet you brushed it off as quickly as it came.
“Oh, come on. You so wanna bone her right now.”
Leon huffed. Your eyes were trained on how his forearm muscles flexed beneath the polyester of his tux as he reached around the centerpiece for the bottle of Chardonnay. Dragged it from your side, settling it before him with a definitive clunk.
“I think you’ve had too much to drink, little lady. I’m cuttin’ you off.”
It was hard to miss the humored glint of his eye. How he bowed forward in an easy slouch with his fingers laced together, relaxed because he was in the company of his partner. His friend. Nothing more. Never anything more. Your stomach gnarled and lurched, but you tamped it down like you did everything else.
Scoff. “I don’t think you’ve had enough, Mr. Kennedy,” you said, snatching the bottle back to top off your champagne flute. Lost count of how many glasses you had. Anything would suffice to drown out the cacophony of your thoughts. To muddle the sound of vines twisting together and—
Leon leaned back against his chair, dusting off the lapel of his jacket. “Tryna cut back.”
Your brow twitched. Surprising because Leon could throw back a bottle of whiskey like it were water.
“Oh? Would a certain vixen in red have something to do with that?”
He snorted, looking off to the side. “Ada? Nah, she’s…she’s cool.”

SUMMARY: leon is simply, not good enough.
NOTES: 108 followers. what. thank you from the bottom of my heart i am so happy you like my content! i just cannot bring myself to finish the chris songfic help😭 reblogs, comments and likes are appreciated, sorry for any typos💓 this is really short sorry
leon was never good enough.
of course he wasn’t, he was scrawny, nerdy, unsociable. every single negative quality in the world is the perfect way to describe leon kennedy, not that he didn’t have friends - quite the opposite, he did. but they just seemed to take the spotlight away from him.
he loved you, the only person who actually cared about him deeply, always reminding him that he also a very interesting person - friendly, thoughtful and quite awfully pretty. he didn’t believe it at first, but time passes, people change, so he started to think that way. opening himself into the world.
which meant opening himself to new people.
he knew chris and carlos from luis, but he never actually met them. and he knew exactly why when carlos was basically all over you - hitting playfully as you both shares a drink together. but he can’t interrupt, he won’t. you’re just a friend of him, and no matter how much he wants you two to be something more, he can’t.
you started dating carlos, and he was a victim. he needs to listen to you bickering about this fight or how he spilled over spaghetti sauce all over your favorite t-shirt. he comforted you like the good friend he was, when deeply in his heart he wishes to be something more. but carlos was amazing, strong, muscular, handsome. he was… nothing compared to him.
that’s when he hears you over the phone talking with ashley, “you’re getting married? to carlos?” and his heart breaks into two.
he didn’t talk to you at all after hearing that, leon covered himself with ice cream and tissues - you called him everyday, but he didn’t answer. he felt like hearing you speak again could make him explode, a lump formed in his throat everytime someone mentioned your name. ashley was worried, luis just left him alone. “ashley, don’t you know about leon’s secret crush on… you know who?” and ashley understood, so she left him alone as well.
you started to worry, what happened to leon? surely he didn’t do something bad to himself, so you showed up in his house. to his surprise he almost fainted when he saw you, your bright smile makes his eyes shine for the first time since forever. he quickly realized his hair his messy and that he looks disgusting, waving before he went to change and not so long after he sits next to you again.
“where are you leon? is everything alright? i’m worried.”
he didn’t know what to say, you just kept pushing him around with your questions - stupid meaningless words like “do you hate me?” comes out your mouth and he wants to laugh into your face. “leon,” your hands resting on his thigh, your eyes pierced into his. “please…” and his mouth parts apart.
“i’m in love with you, can’t you see it?! i’ve been in love with you for ages now! you… you made me feel like i’m worth something, i’m a new person all thank to you! don’t you remember? friendly and thoughtful and quite awfully pretty? thats what i think of you, but you aren’t just pretty… you’re, breathtaking. that’s why… i didn’t talk to you ever since i’ve heard you’re getting married to carlos. i didn’t know what to do…”
he feels how his heart beats fast, his sweat covered his forehead and palms, he wants to break something. you’re eyes expand and he’s waiting, wanting to scream in your face for you to answer him already. but when you did, he wishes he never said what he just said just before. “leon… i love carlos. not… not you.”
and you left.
and he broke into two. he deleted everything that has something to do with you; text messages, photos, instagram and he didn’t stop there. he burned photos, birthday presents, everything. you reminded him of what he was, not what he will becomes.
he attended the wedding, against his will obviously. ashley practically dragged him there with the help of chris. she knew about leon’s hopeless romantic situation but still made him go? what kind of friend she is, leon thought.
you were indeed, awfully pretty. and carlos was disgustingly handsome, more than he will ever be. he noticed the way you stared at him, orbs widen at his sight and spark in your eyes, you loved carlos. not him. and why would you?
you needed more than him.

Iced vanilla coffee with pumpkin cold foam," the barista announced. Eagerly, you slid your bookmark back into the pages of your book, your anticipation growing with each step toward the counter. Autumn's arrival meant it was finally time to indulge in your cherished seasonal beverage. As you reached out to claim your coffee, an unexpected hand swiftly grasped it before you could blink.
"Oh sorry, did I get the wrong order?" As you turned, you became captivated by a man whose striking blue eyes seemed to pierce deep into your soul. You found yourself irresistibly drawn to his gaze, utterly entranced by the intensity and allure of his eyes.
"Hey.... you okay?" he said while snapping his fingers. You snapped out of your trance and were a bit embarrassed.
"Uh, I'm terribly sorry. I thought this was my order, but I definitely could be mistaken," you explained clearly embarrassed, the flushed cheeks gave it away.
Just then, the barista called out another coffee order identical to yours. The man laughed, "Oh this one must be mine."
The two of you shared another look and went back to sit at your respective tables. You've had a busy day and it was only one in the afternoon. So sitting in the peaceful cafe was just what you needed.
As the hours slipped by, you became wholly absorbed in crafting the second draft of your second novel. The success of your debut work left an indelible mark on your heart, setting high expectations for this sequel. Vividly recounting your harrowing experiences in Raccoon City, the book pays special tribute to the valiant blonde rookie cop who risked everything to rescue you and your friends. Though time has drifted you all apart, the fast-approaching anniversary of those fateful events evokes bittersweet memories that continue to shape and inspire your writing.
You were absorbed in editing your draft you didn't see someone sitting across from you. Pulling out your earbuds and you brushed your hair back. You noted it was the man from earlier, "Oh sorry I didn't see you there."
As you smiled at him, charmed by his shyness, you started chatting about how your respective days went. Intrigued, he questioned you about the book you were writing, and as you explained your ideas, you couldn't help but mention its prequel, causing his eyes to widen in surprise.
“"So, you were part of the Raccoon City incident?" he inquired with a hint of curiosity, his fingers absentmindedly playing with his watch. Caught off guard by this unexpected question, especially since it was a topic rarely discussed, you opted for honesty. The incident was not your favorite conversation piece, so you preferred to write under a pseudonym. Amusingly enough, none of your readers had any clue about your true identity or appearance.
“Uhh yea I was, my friends and I was going to a party. We were all riding together, and the police had shut the roads down. Then… the monsters came.” You trialed off, quickly wiping the tears from your eyes. The man looked sympathetic and grabbed you hand. “Hey it’s okay… I promise it’s gets easier. You just have to have the right person.” He cradled your hand in his own, and gave you a gentle squeeze.
“If not for Officer Kennedy, I wouldn't be standing here today. The first book is an immense homage to him," you said with a smile, attempting to conceal the depth of your emotions. He was just a stranger who nearly picked up your coffee by mistake, and you didn't want to impose the weight of your past on him.
“If it’s any help, I was also there. It was the first day of the job for me.” He began and the pieces hadn’t clicked yet.
"I remember that day vividly. It was my first day on the job, and little did I know, it would also be a day I would never forget. I rushed into the gas station, running late after a terrible breakup with my girlfriend the night before. As I raced to my car, my heart pounding with adrenaline, I knew that this day would be different. And little did I know, it would be the start of a wild and crazy journey that would change my life forever." He moved his blonde hair out of his face.
“Oh I’m so sor-“ he cut you off, “I’m fine, I’ve learned to heal.”
You nodded and the barista reminded everyone it was closing time, on some days they closed at 2:30 in the afternoon. You gathered your things, and the man waited for you.
“Allow me to walk you out?” He held out his arm for you to take. You giggled a bit embarrassed and accepted his arm.
He walked you to your car and helped you set your stuff in the back. You had realized after talking to him for so long, that you didn’t even know his name. He was getting ready to leave but you stopped him.
“You know I never got your name.” You pointed out to him. He chucked and said. “How rude of me, you can call me Officer Kennedy.” The color must have drained from your face.
“It’s okay. It’s okay I’m sorry I should have said something earlier.” You felt like fainting, he grabbed a hold of your wait and gently helped you sit down.
“Oh.. my I didn’t even realize.” He shook his head. Brushing you off. “Honestly it’s okay… I’m glad your safe after all these years. To be honest I kinda tracked you down here.”
You looked at him confused. “ my friend Claire was reading the book, and she sent it to me. I just had to see you. I don’t really care for pumpkin ice coffee. I just overheard that you ordered it.” He laughed nervously.
You laughed at him and he smirked “so.. do you think I could get an autograph.”
