It's kinda funny, because Toriel suggest to Asgore to just "Take one Human Soul, cross the barrier and get 6 more Souls" so not only her solution still require murder (I guess for Humans that nobody would miss if they were gone AKA assholes) but also she for some reason didn't do it herself
