“The Art of Murder” standee
Just got this earlier this afternoon. The moment I saw the pilot for “The Art of Murder”, I couldn’t help finding myself intrigued by the story’s concept of parody characters being suspected of “murdering” an OC. I can hardly wait to see what the next episodes will have in store.
Also, the reason I ask is because, and take my word for it, kids around your age who’d commit crimes like those could get into serious, and I MEAN SERIOUS trouble. You’d probably be in prison for a very, very long time.
What should happen if Babs found out about your criminal life?
I'd be devastated!!!!!!!! Babsy Wabsy is one of my best friends and if she found out I was Harley Quinn would break her little heart...not only that she'd probably hate me and never want to be near me ever again and I'd be so sososososososososo sad!!! So let's hope she'll never EVER finds out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Say yer aren't gonna tell her...are ya???
Beautiful! 😍
Heart Cake a la Thiebaud
With my first week of landscape painting class, I used up a bit of the leftover paints as well as my own for this one. After finding a few cake paintings made by a guy named Wayne Thiebaud, I figured I try something similar to what he did. As you can see, mine isn’t as complex in terms of tone or details, but I tried my very best.

Just brought this home from ceramics class. When I showed this Totoro cookie jar to Mom, she was ECSTATIC!
We later decided to go visit the Grouse Mountain Resort; I didn’t think it’d be extremely freezing up there... 😬 (at Grouse Mountain Resort)
Amazing, I love how there's a "Frozen" reference in "Sailor Moon"! 😃
One of the key animators of the original Sailor Moon anime, Kimiharu Obata, published an artbook that contains this gorgeous image of Sailor Moon posing like Queen Elsa!
Today’s Art Wednesday was brought to you by patron Arthur, who wanted to see Buwaro as an Angel & Kieri as a Demon!

Jean Jacket (unfolded) from Nope
Made with acrylics/oil paints, I figured I celebrate the occasion of Halloween by painting a recreated screenshot of Jean Jacket’s true form. Ever since I watched the movie, I have always been fascinated by this creature, the themes surrounding it, and especially how it works. If Peele ever decides to make a sequel, I definitely want to learn more about what these things are, if there are more, and where they came from.
“Nope” and Jean Jacket belongs to Universal Studios, Monkey Paw Productions, and Jordan Peele
