I Love That Dominic Clearly Knows He Is An Awkward King But He Is Not Afraid Of It And In Fact He Works

Of course, he cares for the boy immediately, but also does a DNA test assuming Talia is lying. Clearly Talia is lying because the results show Damian is neither Bruce's nor Talia's.

Damian nearly has a breakdown and together he and Bruce track Talia back down for answers, but she's as confused as they are. She carried this baby and Bruce was, not her first lover, but definitely the last. What do you mean the DNA doesn't match?

As Talia, Bruce, and Damian begin their search for answers, in a small town in Illinois, an eerily similar looking boy, who was routinely exposed to the Lazarus Pits in vitro and has since been routinely exposed to ectoplasm, is stepping into a failed portal on the dare of his friends.

fascinating. Damian 100% breaks down after the DNA test. When he was first introduced to Bruce he was absolutely obsessed and taught by the League that he must fill in his fathers legacy. Blood relations are VERY important to the Al Ghuls. Damian figuring out he's not the rightful heir would crush him.

Damian is fully devoted to the mission of finding Danny. Does he want to battle him for the true title of the heir to the League of Assassins? Or does he try to convince Danny to take his place?

Like, Danny basically signed his contract without reading it, because in an act of desperation, he forgot to be sensible, to write down the small letter under the whole text, and now, he lives to serve a master with no regret or forgiveness. Danny can basically do anything the Joker wants him to, he can go kidnap, kill, erase whole cities. And, maybe the Joker catches up to it, maybe he realizes that there’s something -other- to this kid, that he isn’t fully from earth, maybe he discovers the anti-ecto acts (if u feel like making them a thing) or maybe he just, sees something that Danny didn’t want him to, and now, Danny himself pays the price for guarding a secret from his master.

If you wanna save him (or torture him more) go for Batman and Constantine and maybe Clockwork tries to save Danny by “telling” (giving clues, manipulating the timeline just a but to the right, etc) the supers about the situation, or maybe Jazz or Dani or parents or something go and try to fight the joker themselves, only to realize, that the one they thought king (or just, powerful being) is a kid, a 14 y/o that knows what he’s doing, that can think and do for himself, but ‘chooses’ not to (and boom,more angst bcs they probably try to kill him, and when the government realizes who they catch, they try to get him and dissect him and experiment [or not, whatever, boring people also exist])

Danny moved to Gotham.

Freakshow is touring in Gotham.

Freakshow knows Danny is in Gotham.

Danny knows Freakshow is still after him.

Danny's faith in heroes has been shattered.

Danny turns to the only person powerful enough to run Freakshow out of town, hopefully for good.

Danny turns to the Joker for help.

The Joker is looking for a new punching bag sidekick after Harley Quinn left him.

Danny is just the perfect person to be shaped by the Joker's hands.

Danny becomes the new Joker Junior.
