Doctorian [Doctor - Ian]
a redesign of my original Doctorian flag because it was eyestrainy. Definition pasted below.
"A gender where you are a doctor. Not a boy, not a girl, not nonbinary, just doctor. This gender can only be described as a doctor, the user of this gender is a doctor.
This can be a gender umbrella term, but it is initially a standalone gender. Tag me if you make a gender stemming off of this one."
The colours are and were based off of the general sterility of white because you can see every fleck of dust and dirt, as well as light blue and teal-ish hospital scrubs.
Redesigned for @beatlesgore's coining event for day five with the prompt of an alt flag for a favourite identity. We don't have a favourite and don't feel very comfortable redesigning/making an alt of someone else's flag, so we just redesigned one of our own.

Decoltalen [Dec(ay) - (G)ol(d) - (Pe)tal - En]
Gender related to silver or gold that has been watercast [poured into water while molten] that looks somewhat similar to decaying flowers.
The topmost colour is intended to represent decaying flowers, vaguely inspired by the 🥀 [Wilting Rose] emoji, the next two colours down are meant to represent watercast gold, and the two bottom colours are meant to represent watercast silver.
Coined for 7/4 of Felidaety's 100 follower event with the [slightly tentative] theme of minerals. This would have been posted earlier if I had been less stressed and had a flag, but it's here now.
[ID: a rectangular flag of 9 even horizontal stripes, the colors go from top to bottom as red to yellow, green to purple through blue./end ID]
Roaring 20s-er / 20s Alter/Headmate/Part/Whatever Term You Prefer
A presentation term for headmates/alters/parts who have source memories from or were alive in the 1920s and desire to dress in the style of that time period and do the best with the clothing available.
Colours based off of some 1920s clothing catalogues I looked at, I don't like it very much, so feel free to redesign.
Coined for @beatlesgore's coining event for day one with the theme of favourite decade. (Not necessarily our 'favourite', but we don't have a proper favourite so this is close enough.)

Thanky accessibilitea for image ID
[ID: a rectangular flag of 6 even horizontal stripes, the colors go form top to bottom as turquoise, dark turquoise, black, dark matte red, and matte pale red./end ID]
2012endholic [2012 - End - Hol(e) -ic]
A gender related to the conspiracy theory that the world ended in 2012 because the earth was sucked into a black hole and we just haven't realized it yet.
Colours based off of my associations with 2012 and black in the middle for black hole.
Coined for @beatlesgore's coining event for day two with the theme of favourite conspiracy theory.

[ID: a rectangular flag of 9 even horizontal stripes, the colors go from top to bottom in a gradient of pale brownish yellow to dark red./end ID]
Malformed Angel
A term for queer people who present in an angelic way, but with a distinctly 'wrong' and eerie twist. This can also include presenting in an angelic yet violent or aggressive way if the user desires.
Colours are based off of the 'traditional' light yellow given to angels fading into reds and pinks to represent corruption or violence.
Coined for @beatlesgore's coining event for day three with the theme of biblical being.

Ceragender
A gender related to the extinct genus of long, sharp shelled cephalopods, Endoceras. This gender can be related to the genus in and of itself, loving Endoceras, being an Endoceras, or the gender is just akin to an Endoceras.
Etymology; Cera (From Endoceras)-gender
Flag colours used because most images of them or recreations of them had oranges and blues.

[ ID: SVD-Mogai's FUCK MY JOB, I QUIT Coining Event /end ID]
So we're quitting our job on May 2nd, which is also our birthday. We wanted to do something to celebrate and always wanted to do a community coining event, so we thought doing a countdown to The Big Quit would be a fun thing to do. We will be participating ourself as well!
You can create terms of any sort unless the prompt specifies (only one does). However please mind our boundaries post and try not to coin terms that would fall under it - you can coin terms on the "we won't coin" list though as that is just stuff we are personally not capable of.
You can coin the full list, or only one - do what inspires you.
Please tag me in your entries so that I can reblog them!
This is generally meant to be a coining event, but if you wish to do something other than coining that also fits into the theme feel free.
April 23rd: A term related to something that brings you joy AND/OR an interest of yours.
April 24th: A term related to your favorite type of weather OR a weather phenomenon you find interesting.
April 25th: A miscellaneous identity term - a term that does not fit into a common "umbrella" of terms (check @miscellaneous-id for concepts that fit into this).
April 26th: A term related to wherever or whatever you consider "home".
April 27th: A term related to a song, album, or musical artist that means something personal to you.
April 28th: A term related to a memory that brings you an emotion of any sort, positive or negative.

[Image ID: A flag with nine stripes: a four stripe gradient from pale grey to dark grey, a dark red stripe, then a four stripe gradient from light brown to dark brown.]
Fogtrapesque [Fog(horn) - Trap - Esque (Reminiscent of)]
A gender related to the metaphors around foghorns in the play ‘Trap’, especially the idea of a foghorn being comforting when distant, but when it's close, it is terrifying and you know you're doomed.
Colours are based off of the grays associated with fog, the red colour used for the play's title on the poster, and the open trapdoor pictured on the poster for the play.
Coined for 11/4 of Felidaety's 100 follower coining event with the prompt underrated, which I believe these metaphors and the play itself are.
