In which pro-hero Deku is getting interviewed by a news reporter, but he's a bit... distracted during the conversation.

"Pro-hero Deku! Can I have a word with you?" you asked, bounding up to him, microphone in hand and camera following close behind you.

"Yeah, of course," he replied, soft smile gracing his face, standing beside you as the two of you looked towards the camera.

"Live," the camera person mumbled.

"I'm here with pro-hero Deku who just finished a vicious villain battle, Deku, what's something that keeps you motivated through out your hero work?" you ask, game face on as you locked into work, pointing the microphone towards him so he could speak into it.

"My biggest motivation is knowing how many fans I have looking up to me and how many people are counting on me to succeed. If I can save just one person I'll go home satisfied," he commented, eyes beginning to trace your features.

"We all know All Might is one of your big inspirations in your hero work, what other pro-heroes do you use as an inspiration for your moves?" you ask a second question.

However, the green-haired pro-hero was seemingly caught up in thought, forgetting to answer for a moment before he heard you repeat his name.

"Oh, sorry, Dynamite is definitely a big inspiration in my combat, I learned a lot from him at UA and even before that. Cellophane really helped me learn to use my black whip. Honestly all of my classmates at UA helped me in one way or another," he gushes, thinking back on fond memories with the people he used to share a class with.

"That's great, it seems like they had a huge impact on your life. Are you still close with your old UA classmates or has time made you guys drift apart?"

"We don't have as much time to hangout anymore with the hero work we're all doing, but we're still pretty close and try to get together when we have the time to," he responds with a soft smile.

"Alright, I'll stop bothering you, thank you for your time and answers," you say as the camera cuts off, dropping the microphone to your side.

"Maybe you could thank me with dinner?" Izuku asks, a wave of confidence flowing over him.

Little Shouto: (opening the bedroom door in the middle of the night) Mom! Dad!

Rei: We’re sleeping, honey.

Enji: Shouto, if you can’t sleep, go kill something.

Shouto: (closes the door) I’m sorry, sir, you heard my father.

Burglar: (encased in ice, crying) Please, can’t you just call the police?

Shouto: We’re Todorokis, sir, we don’t call the police. Plus, you tried to take my playstation, so I’m really not inclined to be merciful to you right now.

Enji: Shouto, who are you talking to?

Shouto: Oh, just some BITCH.

Give me a moment I just realized that everyone in the entire world is going to see Katsuki and think that his hero name is Kacchan. This was his big debut. He debuted as Kacchan.

-i have it massively headcanoned that english is actually ryan’s second language

- like imagine the crew’s just running around one day on the town, just doin their own business, when they’re nearing an ammunition store and ryan just goes “oh, wait, je veux– shit, i want to stop in there.” and they just write it off as a flub for the first minute before gavin tentatively speaks up from next to him. “ryan… was that… french??”

- everyone suddenly turns on him and he just blushes the deepest shade of red like “uh… yup. yeah. that was… french.”

- and they discover that french is actually ryan’s first language, and he can still speak it pretty fluently

- cue gavin urging ‘say something in french’ every other second and ryan ALWAYS replying with ‘quelque chose’

- ryan now being more comfortable with them knowing that he learnt english as a second language so he can attempt to say bigger sentences

- but every so often when he’s talking about something passionately he just slips into french, and when he goes, ‘yknow????’ at the end expectantly, ray has to shake his head and reply ‘you started speaking french ten minutes ago and all i got out of that was ice skating. i think.’

- ryan not knowing the english for some words so he’ll have to stop and mumble quietly to himself ‘fuck… what was that fucking word again…’ and he always hates being caught like this but ray thinks it’s the most adorable thing since baby animals

- michael had ALMOST convinced him that the word for ‘shooting’ was ‘masturbating’ 

- ryan quietly singing french songs to ray when he’s curled up next to him in one of his giant hoodies

- at some point the crew just collectively really pisses him off so he goes an entire two weeks speaking french and nothing but.

- “ryan, pass the salt”

- “désolé, je ne sais pas. je ne parle pas anglais. est-ce que tu veux la poivre?”

- “ryan i will fucking fire you” 

 - ryan forgetting that he’s speaking french and just fluently answering someone’s english question (and then being really flustered when he realizes he’s been speaking french)

- what’s weird is that he wasn’t actually born in france? so no one knows why he learnt french. he just did.

Congratulations to one of the most inspiring, amazing men I’ve ever had the good fortune to meet. Because now everyone truly knows how wonderful we think you are <3
