They're a space shape-shifter who came to a planet similar to earth and absolutely fell in love with the appearance of cats so they decided to look similar to one and mix it with a human form (｡･ω･｡)
They accidentally fused with a supercomputer on their space train (like a space station but shaped like a train) and they obtained the power to manipulate holograms on their body which is what the halo and eyes are :D
