Anyways, Shigaraki as a porcelain doll would have a lot more cracks on his face than anywhere else (maybe because he'd be abandoned somewhere...) to symbolize the scars ofc and the damage done to him. Thinking of AFO as a dollmaker or smth.. he fixes up shigaraki after finding him and maybe the League are all animated dolls too (??)

IF they were animated. Then maybe hes also lifesized? And if the rest of the League exists then perhapss AFO/Garaki/Kurogiri "raised" them and Shigaraki was some kind of experiment or prototype? i was doing something with my friends and we all chose different characters to put into this generator,,, this is the first thing I got SO like we had to write a small little drabble with the given headcanon,,, and honestly this was actually kind of cute?? Just imagine little baby Dark Shadow getting a pack of glittery gel pens on their birthday (which? would be the day Tokoyami's quirk manifested, I guess?) and immediately becoming OBSESSED. like is that not the cutest thing. itty bitty Dark Shadow uses them for everything. Little Tokoyami pretends theyre stupid but hes always stealing the darker colors and using them to doodle and stuff! Years later at U.A someone from Class 1A finds a diary and its just written in glittery gel ink and are like "who wrote this???" and searching for the owner and when Tokoyami sees them holding it hes just like "hey. how did you get that" and theres a moment of pure shock as theyre like "THIS IS YOURS???" and Tokoyami is just like. "No its Dark Shadow's... how did you get it" ,,, honestly maybe it's Mina who finds the diary... Idk why it'd be out in public but after finding out it's Dark Shadow's and that they write in GLITTER PENS... cue Mina and Dark Shadow friendship??
