- jrock cons. all, what, two of them?
- Withering to Death was THE album.
- “don’t call kyo kawaii!!”
- lolita kisama, later rebranded as lokisa, selling super shitty overpriced “visual kei” clothing to white kids at cons
- reita’s noseband. just like, wear it everywhere. also, facemasks
- jrock mixtapes with kagura, miyavi, mucc, DEG, an cafe, and l’arc
- purple sky magazine was a thing
- “smile ichiban ii onna” was omggggg sooo kyoot
- everyone trying to emulate miyavi’s weird hyper persona
- camping out for DAYS in concert lines
- being part of a fandom meant livejournal blogging and having every prominent youtube video featuring the band memorized
- ball jointed dolls. EXPENSIVE ONES. double points if you customized them to look like a band member
- everyone wearing those sexpot revenge jackets with the fur hoods
- Dir en Grey not DIR EN GREY
- safety pins in all your clothes bc aesthetic
The struggle of having your students do or say something bloody hilarious and trying your damnedest not to laugh.
My class pretended to play dead.
“Have you tried following PBIS?”
Dude I am following the PBIS plan but it’s not working have you considered that maybe 8th graders are just dicks?
Honestly, hearing Steven tell Mark “You were just a child. It wasn’t your fault” probably made so many childhood abuse survivors feel validated.
My heart aches when I hear it. ‘Cause no one had told me that, and I never heard it till now. Even with how much time goes by, it always hurts when I’m reminded of what happened.
your child was a pleasure to have in class and a dark, tortured genius
Also solve all of society’s problems. Also, you’re the problem. Also, we appreciate you. Also, do more. @weareteachers https://www.instagram.com/p/CDjtjA7HEkP/?igshid=to233rqef4z8
My 33 year old self is feeling a little left out, but I agree with the sentiment.
I hope that Ryan and Shane realize that their fanbase consists of mentally ill 18-25 year olds and continue to provide the unhinged content that is keeping us all sane. And also I want another few episodes of Weird and/or Wonderful World; it was wholesome
You forgot the first half of that quoted section.
"The company originally told Variety that Watcher would eventually remove all of its videos from YouTube."

However, according to Bergara, Watcher is not fully exiting YouTube: It will still keep its backlog of videos on YouTube, and going forward will put the first episodes of new seasons on YouTube — while the full new seasons will be exclusively available on the Watcher streamer.
