I’ve passed out four times over my life and they were all a result of a fall or shock to the system.

First time was when I was fourteen and fell of the few stairs outside my front door. The second was when I slipped on a gravel road, the third was when I rolled my ankle and fell on my knees in my driveway and the four was after hitting my foot so hard after tripped on my cat I thought I broke my toes. Each time I had consciousness for a few seconds to a minute after before passing out for a few seconds.

I never hit my head in any of these scenarios, so I’m pretty sure it was all just the result of a sudden rise and fall in blood pressure from the sudden fall and pain. I recovered within thirty minutes to an hour but I would be kinda loopy as I calmed down.

no because its that they're the fear responses. the todoroki children are all just the fear responses. touya is fight, natsuo is flight, shoto is freeze, and fuyumi is fawn. when you stare down abuse every day you have to react somehow, and they all just developed different methods of coping with it
