Is that supposed to be an insult? Why should I care? I know I am and have my plan to get better, but with your rudeness and attitude, it might not get you well in life.

A new small oc that would be in the Zenmeigan clan, of course, in the Shiranami.

Aurelia Yvaine: The Graveyard Petal of the Demon slayer corps.

She was born in the hidden village, nestled deep within a valley where the forests whispered, and the rivers sang lullabies. Her family lived in a small wooden home woven almost seamlessly into a grove of silver-barked trees. Her mother taught her the language of herbs and the music of the earth. Her father taught her patience and craftsmanship, whittling animal figures that seemed almost ready to leap from his hands.

One bloodstained night, demons descended upon her village, drawn by the scent of life and the whisper of magic. Sumire's parents hid her deep within a hollowed tree, telling her to stay silent no matter what she heard. She obeyed, listening as her village — her whole world — was torn apart. When the sun rose, Sumire emerged to find herself alone among the ruins, the only sound the fluttering of her butterfly companions. In her grief, she discovered her strange power: not only could she guide the butterflies, but through them, she could sense the presence of demons, and even use them to confuse or slow her enemies — small, subtle acts that might mean the difference between life and death.

Though she lacked brute strength, she was trained in a delicate, agile combat style, weaving between demons with the help of her butterfly allies, striking swiftly and vanishing like mist. Some mistook her presence for a sign of death or dreams — a silent girl with butterflies swirling like a living cloak — but among the demon slayers, she became known as the "Whispering Bloom," a hunter who guided lost souls, human and butterfly alike, through the darkness.

Just like Shinobu, she would rely on special poisons extracted from wisteria and enhanced by the knowledge passed down from her healer mother. Her butterflies would carry traces of the wisteria too — soft powder shedding from their wings that slows down demons who breathe it in.

She was trained with Butterfly breathing, but due to it only having three forms:

First Form: Fluttering Waltz — A sudden, spinning movement that releases paralyzing mist from hidden poisons, disorienting the demon.

Second Form: Spiral Bloom — Twirling in a defensive circle, she uses quick slashes that open shallow, poisoned wounds across the demon’s body.

Third Form: Petalstorm Lament — Launches into the air with the aid of her butterflies and rains down a rapid series of poisoned strikes.

She decided to take on Flower breathing as well to help her fight a little bit easier.

Imagine if Kokushibo has a little fawn elaphocentaur daughter and Zohakuten finds her and tries to do something bad to her....

He gon remember why Kokushibo is the second strongest demon in the world. Kokushibo about to fuck him up

I also don't know why I just have so many "powerful and usually evil pieces of shit guys going soft for their love/child" ideas, but it's an interesting and good trope.

I just know, I feel it in my veins, that he turned into Urami at some point of the night. I just know it like the back of my hand.

Hantengu is the best lover of them all

So I was rewatching Game of Thrones, the scene where Tyrion and Bronn were so confused as to why the whores didn't accept Podrick Payne's money for their services...and one of my story reviewers suggested out of the clones Hantengu might be the best lover out of them all so...Here is a crack fic of that:

Sekido had had enough of Hantengu’s whimpering. While he represented the emotion coward, he wasn’t afraid to walk into battle and have his head chopped off to release them so Sekido knew Hantengu could control his quivering and shaking when he wanted to.

They walked through the streets of Yoshiwara in human form, Karaku in tow clapping his hand on the old man’s back.

“You just need a confidence boost old man…”

Hantenu quivered again.

“I-I don’t u-understand why y’you have taken me here.”

Sekido grunted, rubbing his temple as if the mere sound of Hantengu’s trembling voice gave him a headache.

“You’re an embarrassment,” Sekido snapped. “Your sniveling makes me sick. You need to toughen up.”

Karaku grinned and leaned down to Hantengu’s height, patting his shoulder. “A little bit of fun will do you good, old man. Nothing like a woman’s touch to put some fire back in your bones. Get some confidence.”

Aizetsu sighed from the side, his eyes fixed on the brothel’s lantern-lit entrance. “This is pointless. He’s just going to cry the entire time. We’re wasting our energy and he will only embarrass us. ”

“I-I-I don’t think this is n-necessary,” Hantengu stammered, fingers twitching nervously. “M-my body is too f-fragile for such indulgences…”

Karaku chuckled, winking at the courtesans peeking out from behind the sliding doors, whispering and giggling amongst themselves. “Don’t worry, old man, they’ll take good care of you. Just relax.”

With a huff, Sekido gave Hantengu a rough shove through the door and threw him a purse of coins.  “You’ll stay in there until you stop acting like a coward. Maybe if you’re occupied with something useful, you’ll quit whining for once.”

Karaku turned to the madam.

“Send him a couple of your best courtesans.”

Hours later, the clones waited impatiently in the brothel foyer. Sekido was practically fuming, his arms crossed as he tapped his foot.

“This is ridiculous. How long does it take to—”

The door slid open, and Hantengu stumbled out, red faced and twiddling his fingers together.

Before Sekido could say anything, he looked behind him to see….

A dazed-looking woman stumbled out, her cheeks flushed and her hair in disarray. A second woman followed, equally disheveled, and the two leaned against each other, whispering and giggling like schoolgirls.

A third woman emerged, fanning herself with a fan. "I’ve never… My gods…"

Two more women came out….

“Oh my…” one of them gasped, pressing a hand to her flushed cheeks. “I… I didn’t know it was possible to… feel like that.”

The other nodded dreamily. “He was so gentle… and then suddenly… not. I didn’t know what to expect next. He kept apologizing between every—” She broke off into a shuddering sigh.

The clones were speechless.

Another woman peeked out from behind the others, her face red and eyes half-lidded. She gave a shaky laugh. “I… I think I’m in love.”

Two more women appeared behind her, one of them barely able to stand on her own. “I think he broke me,” one whispered to her friend, who just giggled and nodded.

Another woman came out, red faced. “Oh my goodness,” she said breathlessly. “I think he made me unlock my third eye and find nirvana.”

Sekido turned to Hantengu, his face twisted in a mix of horror and disbelief. “How many did you...how....you're telling me you satisfied...—”

Hantengu flinched, hiding behind his sleeves. “I-I didn’t mean to… I was just trying to d-do what they said…”

“Hey, why do you still have the money? You need to pay them,” Aizetsu commented in bewilderment.

“Ohhhhh don’t worry about that,” one of the women said.

She turned to Hantengu. “Just come any time. You don’t have to pay ever again. At all.”

Even the madam, who had joined in at one point due to all the noises in the room, nodded in agreement.

Karaku’s jaw practically hit the ground, his pride taking a massive hit. “Wait… hold on a second,” he sputtered. “You’re saying… they didn’t even charge you?”

The woman just winked at Hantengu with a satisfied sigh. “Not a single coin. Consider it our pleasure, dear.”

Even the madam, who ran a notoriously high-priced establishment, gave a slow nod. “Anytime. For him, it’s on the house.”

Aizetsu blinked, his frown deepening as he tried to make sense of it. “That’s… not possible. Even I’ve had to pay before…”

Urogi squawked in confusion “Wha?  The old man gets free passes while we have to cough it up?!”

Karaku’s face twisted into a mix of disbelief and frustration. “What the hell?! I’m the embodiment of pleasure! I know my way around women better than anyone! And you’re telling me the sniveling coward outdid me?!”

Before anyone could respond, Urogi dragged Karaku into a nearby alleyway, the others following suit. Sekido practically threw Hantengu against the wall, his eyes burning with fury. “Start talking. What did you do to them?”

Karaku grabbed his shoulders, eyes wide and desperate. “Details, old man! Details! Did you use your hands? Your tongue? What the hell made them lose their minds?!”

Hantengu squeaked, his hands trembling. “I-I-I… I didn’t know w-what to do… s-so I just followed their lead and….”

Karaku’s eye twitched, his ego more bruised than ever. “I’ve never once been offered free access! Not even a discount! And you—” He pointed a shaky finger at Hantengu. “You don’t even like women!”

Urogi grumbled next to him. “Can’t believe we got outclassed by a coward.  Maybe the key is to cry and beg more!”

Sekido whirled around, shoving Urogi back with a glare hot enough to melt steel. “Shut up. This is an embarrassment to all of us. How am I supposed to look anyone in the eye when I know that he—” He jabbed a finger in Hantengu’s direction, who promptly squeaked and ducked behind his sleeves. “—he of all demons has us beaten in something like this?!”

Aizetsu looked at Hantengu with a strange mix of pity and resentment. “I don’t understand it either. But… it’s true. They really did fall for him....How? ”

Sekido let out a guttural snarl, grabbing Hantengu by the collar and lifting him off his feet. “Listen here, you miserable worm. You’ve humiliated us today. If you ever let that pathetic display happen again, I’ll rip your head off….”

Hantengu quivered, eyes wide with terror. “Y-Yes! I-I’m sorry! P-Please forgive me!”

Sekido dropped him with a sneer, muttering darkly under his breath. “Disgraceful. I’m going to kill something just to get this feeling of shame out of my system.”

Karaku was still pouting, arms crossed and eyes narrowed at the ground. “Next time, I’m picking the brothel. No way I’m losing to Hantengu again. I refuse.”

Hantengu, still on his hands and knees, peeked up nervously. “I-I’m really sorry…”

“Shut up!” the other three snapped in unison, leaving Hantengu to shiver pathetically on the ground.

And as they walked on, their pride permanently scarred, they all vowed to never speak of this night again.

I can't possibly be the only one who hates seeing Aizetsu as the "innocent sex" type or too whimpery and whiny. Sure, I can see him whimper or grunt during spicy times, but to be a virgin??? With his looks?? And with our information of what a common whore Hantengu was in his youth?? Nah, impossible! Simply impossible! That motherfucker is into denial of any way, shape and form during sex. Let's not get into how he'd "pity" his girl while she's struggling to handle him. That motherfucker is just mocking. He'd even have a small smug on his face, that piece of shit.

I also headcanon that every second or third girl in a village knew Hantengu from having a night with him in his human youth years. Motherfucker was the god of common whores.

@hantengudelulu @fallstreakfeathers @virtuousweakling: If there were other supernatural creatures in the KNY world, that demons could kill and eat (for example: werewolves, sirens, mermaids and a thousand other fantasy creatures), would their blood be more "interesting" than humans due to not being fully human blood? Like, could it be similar to a marechi type of taste? Don't know how that popped up in my head.

If Hantengu ever had a "Love clone," wouldn't he be considered the literal same wh0re like Hantengu? Like, if he did, I can just imagine that he almost just never fights, just tries to get another girl under him for the night. He's just gonna wh0re himself away every night, but...

I ain't gonna complain a lot if he looks like that...

I'm Sorry, But If Sekido Would Smile At Me Like That, It Won't Be Countable How Much Beds We Have Broken.

I'm sorry, but if Sekido would smile at me like that, it won't be countable how much beds we have broken. He gets me nervous and excited in good and bad ways. I could definitely be his housewife.

He and Urami basically own my heart at this point.

𝕸𝖟 𝖙𝖍𝖔𝖚𝖌𝖍𝖙𝖘 𝖔𝖓 𝖙𝖍𝖊 𝖚𝖓𝖚𝖘𝖊𝖉 𝖕𝖔𝖙𝖊𝖓𝖙𝖎𝖆𝖑

Since the release of the third season I've often thought about the upper moons bdas, mainly about Gyokko's and Hantengu's. And I think especially Hantengu's has been really underestimated. In my opinion, it has a lot of potential and is probably even more terrifying than most of the other's blood demon arts if you try to imagine it in a realistic setting. So I thought I'd share some of my thoughts for those interested.

𝕸𝖟 𝖙𝖍𝖔𝖚𝖌𝖍𝖙𝖘 𝖔𝖓 𝖙𝖍𝖊 𝖚𝖓𝖚𝖘𝖊𝖉 𝖕𝖔𝖙𝖊𝖓𝖙𝖎𝖆𝖑

Urogi's scream ⊹ His power is probably one of the most underrated ones. And interestingly, the one power that most of them share - him, Zohakuten, Urami and Hantengu's main body.

A lot of people underestimate the danger of loud noise. Not only is it crucial for demon slayers to be able to hear their surroundings to identify where an unseen attacker might come from - the ear is also the balance organ. Seeing Tanjiro struggling to hold his balance during his fight with Urogi would have been a nice detail.

Judging from the effect that Urogi's screams had on Tanjiro, I think it's safe to say his screams are above 120 decibel, which is when it actually starts to be painful. Sounds above 150 decibel burst your eardrums while sounds above 185 damage internal organs and can be deadly. I am not sure of the total range of his volume, but Zohakuten demonstrated that he coul rip someone apart with his scream. Mitsuri only survived because of her special muscle densitiy.

Also, sound travels faster through water. Urogi could e.g. pick up his victim and drop them into a body of water before diving under and screaming at them, causing a lot more damage. Of course his feathers would need to be water-repellent. And not even taking into account his power, just utilizing his ability to just pick up a weaker slayer and drop them into a lake for example, would already debilitate them, as it's difficult to get out or they might even drown if they can't swim.

𝕸𝖟 𝖙𝖍𝖔𝖚𝖌𝖍𝖙𝖘 𝖔𝖓 𝖙𝖍𝖊 𝖚𝖓𝖚𝖘𝖊𝖉 𝖕𝖔𝖙𝖊𝖓𝖙𝖎𝖆𝖑

Sekido's lightning ⊹ His power would obviously be extremely powerful if it worked like actual lightning. But in the anime/manga he rather imitates lightning. Aside from the obvious fact that physics laws don't seem to exist in most media and we're dealing with a dark fantasy anime, it's still fun to imagine his power as realistic as possible.

Sekido could make people's heart stop, partially blind them and even cause the blood vessels in their brain to burst. Those few who survive to tell of the demon's power would be marked by unique patterns stretching across the skin where lightning hit, known as Lichtenberg figures. Perhaps blinded and deaf, they wouldn't be able to fight anymore.

Even though most people who get hit by lightning survive without major injuries, it's still a unique power that is perfect for stunning an opponent. I suppose the author made him appear weaker for the plot. In a fanfiction it would have a lot of potential though.

𝕸𝖟 𝖙𝖍𝖔𝖚𝖌𝖍𝖙𝖘 𝖔𝖓 𝖙𝖍𝖊 𝖚𝖓𝖚𝖘𝖊𝖉 𝖕𝖔𝖙𝖊𝖓𝖙𝖎𝖆𝖑

Urami's size ⊹ This is mainly about how terrifying his size actually is. He's twice as tall as Tanjiro, standing at about three metres or nine feet tall. Imagine being in Tanjiro's situation and having Urami's giant hands wrapped around your head. The immense pressure would be insane. Genya really was Tanjiro's savior in that moment.

Additionally, it was interesting to see him not burning up immediately when hit by the sunlight. The scene was definitely stretched and felt longer than it actually was, but he still didn't make an effort to find shade. Comparing this to Akaza, who seemed terrified by the upcoming sun, indicating he is likely not as resistant to the sun despite having a higher rank, this seems like Hantengu developed a bit of a resistance to the sun even if only for a few seconds. Or this might be a unique feature about the clones. Since Urami is not the main body, he might be able to regenerate faster than the sun destroys his cells as long as the main body is safe and therefore survive longer when hit by sunlight.

What would Hantengu's wife be called (other than victim) because she has 5/6 husbands on her side? I mean, we all know womanizer, but she's not with ladies, but men (demons)? Is there a term with that a woman has more than one husband in a marriage?
