To all Jirais, take good care of yourself and remember every step is a step – getting out of bed, brushing your teeth, showering (even if its just a quick one) or anything else is already great, remember to drink water and eat enough and dont let the world get you down, and if it does – try to find a way to get back up when you are ready to do so!
