Started a new sketchbook!

Also got some new pencil leads (I don't know what they're actually called) for my mechanical pencil. I think the ones I got are for pencil art because they're pretty dark. It looks absolutely gorgeous though!

Society stop demonizing children and saying dogs are better challenge.

seriously. I’m sick of all the “don’t want no little ass kid I’ll get a dog they are way better” comments. If you don’t have the capacity to have a child don’t have a child. Don’t get pregnant. But this idea that dogs are somehow superior to children is so ridiculous. The amount of people saying they would die for a dog over a child is frightening. The commercials I see of kids being terrors only to pan over to a peaceful dog is also so dehumanizing. Stop it. Dogs are not better than literal human beings.

I adore my animals but if it came to choosing between them and my child I’m choosing my child all day long. Human beings are not replaceable. They are not toys. You don’t get to decide their worth because you think dogs are better. Grow up.

Catching back up with some OC doodles!

This is Rowena Galen. She was originally my Steven Universe Ruby OC that I turned human, that I turned into a witch, but I'm not for that witchcraft thing anymore, so she's a regular human now.

I have so many story lines for this character (she's my favourite, obviously). The sword alludes to her occupation as a knight.

I've recently decided to resurrect her, and I've been doodling some potential new designs.

Drew some more Tamika, my OC from my yet-to-be-written story Reluctant Jamette.

She's a 'Christian' aka grew up in a Christian family but doesn't actually know what Christianity really is.

It's a recent addition but I think it'll fit so well with all the bs she'll be going through because of that ignorance.

Danny Phantom Project Sneak Peek!

I finished my little project! Can't wait to show you guys!

I'm turning it into a YouTube video for later in the year, so I won't be telling you much about it until then.

In the meantime, here are some peeks at the artwork I made for it!

Here's the final line art! I may adjust some things before I start colouring (like that hairline) This is the first successful digital piece that I've made using a screenless tablet and I'm really excited to complete it!

If this goes well, I can start illustrating my other characters!

FINALLY! A POSE GONE RIGHT!

I've been working on relearning all the drawing skills I lost and one of the most difficult things for me has been dynamic poses.

This is my OC Ciera and I thought I would try out this pose with her as she's the easiest to draw.

It's not perfect, but it's loads better than my other attempts! I'm going to ink and color her in!
